Terrible service, They have everyone in corner tripping over each other waiting for there orders. Staff always seem angry, and... are rude. Wrong orders all the Time. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and cumbers and got a bagel with cream cheese tomatoand lettuce when I looked at the receipt the person who took my order put cucumber and tomato and the person who made thesandwich ignored the cucumber and put lettuce. Ordered a small hot chocolate for $2 and got hot water with a pinch of chocolate

Walked up, ordered, asked for craveable, no bun. Whatever, I ask for a bagel, they say ok. Wait 15 min and find out that they... have no bagel, so I ask for the sandwich bread. The result? Staff are nice, though I?ve had more than a few bad experiences from ordering a farmers wrap and getting a harvest wrap with... potato wedges instead of a hash brown to literally being told my order didn?t exist after half an hour of waiting even after Ipaid for it. I've had about 5 wrong orders so far from them. Usually wrong amout of sugar and milk or burnt coffee, not that bad. A few times... they forgot something that was extra (cucumbers or jam) but today was the worst, i got an ice coffee with milk, it was hit wheni got it, it was burnt and it tasted like there was so sweet syrup, and because of it being hot yhe ice melted and then i gad toget more so it became watery. Also when they make bagles it all gose to the center and it barely gets on the actual bagle. Read more

Waited 15 minutes in line, and 15 minutes after for the lady to get my order wrong. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and she... gave it to me with me the wrong kind of bun, and chipotle sauce. Who the heck puts chipotle sauce in a turkey bacon sandwich?!? Read more
