Theirs only ever 1 person at the till during peak hours, for people who have breaks at work thiers no way to get a simple coffee... and get out in 15 min. Bad location to many newbies to get things done quickly. 90% of the staff are behind makeing orders andone person is takeing them. Very inefficient this location has gone downhill quick. Read more

If youre ok with waiting 10+ minutes just to place your order, this horribly run location is the right one for you to waste your... precious time. Not a one time experience for me. This has happened 4 times straight with a small lineup that eventually turnsquite large due to the lack of service. Read more

The hamburgers, and other dishes are great here. A nice cozy food court. Some great new stores and facilities opening at Milton... Mall. A giant tiger or returning Zellers would be good. Read more

Pretty standard for a Tim Hortons. It was not at all busy when we came in. So we got our food in decent time. The ice coffee was... decent too. Read more

Service has gone down hill in the last few months. So slow. Never ever right. Breakfast sandwich missing sauce, cheese when... asked for no cheese and it?s even written on the box, teas with cream instead of milk????all around very disappointing. Read more

Tried to get breakfast this morning from drive through, waited close to twenty minutes, when I got to order was told there was... no eggs, which seems unfathomable, but it ended they had some eggs, ordered four breakfast sandwiches, one came with only asausage patty, no cheese no eggs. Tried to call to sort it out, phone just rings. Staff had no clue what they were doing.Disappointing. Read more

This is my second review in a year. My original review is posted at the bottom. Since my first review 8 months ago, I have now... found a hair in my bagle. I tried contacting the store but nobody picked up. I'm not going to drive back over this but I thinkenough is enough. See attached picture owners. For the owner: Over the last year, the quality of service has declined at yourlocation. Every time I order from here, the drinks are leaking, and the food looks like it's thrown around. The bagels lookawful; the sandwiches are not prepared with care either. Today I decided to order a ten pack of Timbits, and there were onlynine. Not a big deal but a clear indicator that service is consistently wrong at your location. I sincerely hope things turnaround at your location. Read more

Surprised at the low sub 4 star rating. I think people's experience might be related to timing since many of the people... complaining mention the mass of students during school lunch hours affecting business. I am here on a Friday evening and it'sempty. The drive through is flowing smoothly. The place is clean and organized, the coffee is good, everybody is following theCOVID protocols, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would improve on are the cleaning of the tables thatare showing the red "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" cards flipped vs "OPEN". Read more
