I have been to this location many times and the service and food is always good. It is just off the highway and if you are going... for a long drive then you can get off and back on the highway in no time. Food is always good, coffee hot and the staff is goodas well. This has got to be the fastest drive-thru of any tim hortons I've been through. Even when lines are huge it's faster than other... locations with way smaller lines. Food and coffee is fresh and hot. Fantastic! Read more
Marketing promo photos in fast food is not what you get ....tonight I tried new Cilantro Bowl.... awful..... some sort of fake... sour cream dressing on top with low grade flavorless rice and some lettuce with some chopped tomatoes ... together it's liketrying to eat a cheap senior citizen meal with no flavourful. Customer service at window was terrible The small coffee wasfine and donut too much sugar. I should have taken it back but had to get back to work. Read more
Didn?t order anything special, just an iced coffee but the absolute monstrosity that I was handed was almost impressive how bad... it was. First of all no ice in an ?iced coffee? and it was warm which tasted delightful as you can imagine I?m sure. Secondly itwas a dark brown colour also with a lid that had been so poorly put on I couldn?t drink from it without spilling and even when iplaced it down it still leaked. This tim hortons is convenient for me that?s why I go here, but after this experience I have notrouble going out of my way just so I don?t have to go here again?abysmal Read more
One of the cheapest customer service and poor quality of food items. I bought French vanilla coffee and jalapeño bagel toasted... with butter. It was take away order. When I opened bagel it was all burnt on all sides. I went back all the way but the guy onthe counter, rather than sorry for unhygienic and unhealthy bagel, started misbehaving. It?s a request for the higher managementof Tim Hortons to please improve customer service at least, if you can?t improve food quality. Read more

Dated November 23/2022 at around 6:15 pm ? I went to its washroom and found no toilet papers.. I mentioned to a employee and... employees asked to manger ( a Filipina lady ) lady send the employees far away and kinda ignored my request if they can puttoilet papers in washroom. Now I?m requesting HEAD OFFICE if they can take a necessary steps that so called manager learn alesson that how she make me wait in that nature call situation ! Read more
