The older lady who works on the drive thru has an extreme lack of costumer service skills. She gave lots of attitude towards my... father who was ordering today. I normally would not leave a review, but this unfortunately is not the first time she hasprovided this sort of service. Multiple times I have gone with my sister through this drive thru and have received the samenegative attitude. It?s not hard to be kind towards the paying customers. Very disappointing. Read more

Horrible service at the drive thru! There was an old white lady that took the order and this is the second time she?s been... completely out of line in the way she behaves. I?m inclined to believe she?s racist because I don?t see why else someone wouldshout at a customer and say things like ?I don?t know what she?s saying and I can?t understand her? repeatedly! My English isabsolutely impeccable so I would shudder to think how she treats someone that actually struggles with the language. Patheticexcuse for a human being who should not be working there! Nice location - clean restaurant & restroom - all foods were in stock and plenty of area to relax and enjoy the coffee - drive... through line is long - plenty of parking and area is safe - in store counter service could have been faster - long line in thestore cashier Read more

Honestly, I was very disappointed about this location. I was there Saturday noon and heard the manager criticize one of the... workers loudly. This is not acceptable. Also, the location is very old and not clean. The seats are torn. I need to say It?s notall about making money, but you should work on maintaining this location so people can enjoy being there, especially thislocation is on the heart of Oakville. Read more

I always make sure to stop at this Tims whenever I'm in Oakville-- the coffee is always so fresh and so are the bagels. The... manager is also such a nice guy!! Read more

Edit to a 1 star review: The manager at the time of a wrong order given to me was very understanding and gave me a replacement... for my order free of charge. While there was a fib on what seemed to be a newer employees part, overall the location was kind tome and my issue. Read more

Ordered on moble and was expecting to get my order to be ready in 10 minutes as i arrive. After 15 minutes the fist casher told... me they don't have the order, and walked away.the second casher said "it's not in the system", period. I had to ask them what todo next but they didn't know. Finally the order "just showed up" and they made it. Hoever, i still had to wait 3 minutes to getsome napkin while 3 casher fixing the coffee machine. I really should.have order from mcdonald on the other side of thebuilding, but they were closed for renovation. Shame on them. Read more

The hours do not match what they actually are on Google. I'm not even mad at that, though. I work in retail and understand that... mistakes like this can happen. HOWEVER, their hours are not posted ANYWHERE on their store. I walked in and was ignored byeveryone. The managers paid me no attention as they saw me walk in then proceed to close their tills. Worst of all, one of theemployees just STARED at me instead of telling me that they were closed. Again, I understand that Google makes mistakes, butmaybe TELL your customers that you are closed instead of IGNORING them? Especially when you do not have your hours posted onyour store, have the open sign ON, have the doors unlocked, have employees actively making food, and are helping out a differentcustomer. This location knows how to hire the worst people. I mean, read the reviews about the managers. If the managers arethis rude, you can imagine how horrible of an attitude the rest of the team has. Customer service is not for everyone. I?vebeen coming to this location since it opened and decided to boycott it two years ago after too many terrible interactions (slowservice, rude interactions when they make mistakes, and so much more). I thought they might have learned something by now after*not* reading the reviews, but I should have learned my lesson. I am officially finished with this location. Go to the Tims onNorth Service and Third Line as a better alternative. That location is CONSISTENTLY decent and POLITE. Read more
