I get iced capps at Tim Horton?s very often and I love them.. however, at this location they are ALWAYS sour... I?ve heard this... is from not cleaning the machine but I don?t know for sure- I just know that this happens way too often at this location andit?s disgusting. Read more
We called earlier and the lady answered saying they close at 11. We walked 25 minutes there to find out they closed at 10. We... double checked their hours online and it's 11pm. We asked the lady, and she claimed no they closed at 10. Thank you for wastingour time, and lying to us. You should have informed us when we called. Worst Tim Hortons I?ve been to. Literally they have gotten our orders wrong 5 times in a row- prime example being an order I... paid for that was missing half of its components. They even lied when I asked them about it. Further, their food standards arenot up to par, as I notice they don?t refresh items. They even microwave their food items (breads, waffles, sausage...) which isDISTASTEFUL AND BREAKS PROTOCOL!!! The people who work there don?t seem to know what they?re doing. One of the staff told awoman who had been waiting in line that she refused to take her order because she was stressed out due to dealing with only 2other food orders before her. I?ve never seen that before... and no one was in a rush either. Very lazy. And I?m surprised theyare still in business; I?m not usually very picky when it comes to fast food, but this place isn?t worth even a few dollars. Read more
The tim hortons in Rabba in Oakville ont needs a Manger there at night and when hiring new people they need to be trained better... they always screw up on our orders and are very rude and you should be able to buy cold drinks up to 10:00 pm not 915 Read more
