My mother is handicapped so I go to this location weekly and pick up food for her. She spends approximately $300 a month.I have... complained several times to the District Manager but he never answers my complaint. Today I spent over $36 for my mom. I alwayscall it in to give them time to cook it. The lady at DT who works it every time I place the order. She is Rude as Hell. Todayshe cashed me out and handed me the 2 bags and then slammed the the door I. My face as she always done. I?m done with thislocation. Semi Truck, You CAN'T Just Pull 82ft Of Truck & Trailer In The Parking Lot & Park To Have A Meal, Luckily We Were Bob-Tail. WithThat Being Said, We Had The Most AWESOME Meal, We've Had In Awhile. I have eaten at several Cap D's restaurants in n a couple states and locations. I can say, my wife and myself have never... experienced one like this. We just had a late lunch at the Capt. D's in Oakwood Ga. From the initial order to the dessert wasthe most pleasant and enjoyable times we have had anywhere. The staff, ALL but especially, Kate was probably the most congenial,service oriented, hard workers anywhere. They could not been more cordial and helpful. I know I am rambling a bit,but cannot getover experiencing a younger staff of people that gave you the impression of sincerely loved their job and enjoyed working. Cudosto the owner and management for training and hiring this group. I know I haven't even mentioned the food (which was as good asalways) but the staff far outshined even that. I walked over to this captain D's for a good quite meal from Jameson inn. When I walked in to place my order there was this slim... blonde head at the register very ruled before I had a chance to look what I wanted as if she was rushing me to order say can Itake your order. So I just ordered a 4 piece fish platter. I really wanted something with shrimp. . But she was talking to someother lady like she was having work issues. If she is not happy with her job she needs to move on and let someone else take thewheel. I do not like being rushed so she can just get back to talking. The food was prepared well I have no complaints aboutthat . But this lady needs to get more customer service training and greet her customer's welcoming them in before rushing themto order before they even get a chance to see the menu. Read more
Wow decided to come to Captain Ds here in oak wood because i love the quality and the good customer service but today that was... ruin when I came to eat with the family asked for drinks and they gave us these plastic cups and charged us 1.49 for them for1.49 you can get 100 cups for that price and the clear cups you can get more Read more
