My coffee and snacks are always solid from here. The service is great and consistent. The wait is kind of insane every time.... The drive thru is always backed up and it turns the entire parking lot into a mess. It can get so backed up that even peoplejust trying to park and go inside can't get through. I've left a few times because of this. Read more

Wow! This morning I wanted Starbucks (of course) as I finally reach the ordering area they tell me the card reader isn?t working... (sad face). I don?t carry cash- ever. So I say that I will try to get the app by the time I get to the pickup window but Icouldn?t ! I was so embarrassed . The gentleman at the window tells me, it?s not my fault so he will just give me my mochacookie crunch frappachino on them! He made my day. I would have paid for sure but I did not want to hold up everyone in thedrive thru behind me and neither did he! Great customer service ! And my frap was awesome ! Read more

This is the third time I have ordered a drink and it only be filled up 3/4 of the way and have coffee all over the side of the... cup at this location?Usually, I have time to show them and they?ll remake it but I didn?t have the time to do that this morning.It?s frustrating when your drink is almost $7 and you?re only getting 3/4 of it.
