Staff was rude and impatient, and got my order wrong in the end. Asked for a single patty bourbon bacon burger, got a triple... cheeseburger instead. Asked for a pretzel pub burger, it was smashed flat and had no pickles. Ordered 2x baconator fries, theyput a single whole slice of bacon on the fries instead of cutting it up... The poor cashier had a language barrier and messed up our order just a bit, she also told us the wrong price on the meal. She... was trying her hardest and clearly uncomfortable on the register and her coworkers and manager all stood by just watching herinstead of helping. I understand people need to learn things on their own but there?s also a time to step in and help someone.She was obviously in distress. As a former manager myself, I felt awful for her because you could tell she wanted to ask forhelp but didn?t feel comfortable doing so. Jan (older lady) was extraordinarily rude when I got in. Her tone was gruff, and she interrupting me when I tried to ask a... question. The manager, Lindsay, was no help either. This was the most mistakes a fast food restaurant has ever made. Asked for a normal crisp chicken sandwich and they gave me a... spicy crisp chicken sandwich. Also forgot the lettuce and put mayo on when I asked for zero mayo. I my brother got a burger withno bacon, and guess what, bacon! Never going here again, so much for ?Quality is our Recipe.? Ordered nuggets. Chili. And a potato. Nuggets are dry. Overwhelmingly dry which means they are past time. Included is a photo of... the baked potato we got. Horrible. Dry. The potato looks like it died 2 weeks ago. I get them being short staffed but just closeof the place if you can?t serve good food. I guarantee none of those employees would ever accept that. SUPER slow service at all times. No one seems motivated to be productive. The breakfast is a complete ripoff with very low... quality. They are also lucky I don't work for the health department. The last time I was there, the dining area was a dump -food and nampkins scattered on the floor, ketchup and sauce on the surfaces. I looked for their health inspection. It was notposted anywhere.
