Had a bad experience here. I went into the women's restroom and there were two employees in there gossiping right at the door,... and both stalls had NO TOILET PAPER! I felt like I ruined their conversation. The food was okay but I think employees need to beretrained. Last time, there was an employee in the bathroom on her phone THE BATHROOM ISN'T A BREAK ROOM! (And if employees arein there, they should be using it or cleaning it up) The place is also unclean. I wouldn't recommend going here. Read more

Been going to this Zaxbys for years. The last few times I have been here the food has not been that great. I have noticed the... workers play to much behind the counter. I'm I'll for having a good time at work but playing when you're taking my order notgood. But about the food chicken was over cooked then rolled in wimpy just was nasty salad was good nothing wrong with it. Frieswere under cooked. I don't like giving bad reviews I thought one time ok any one could have that but the last 3 times not good.Hope they fix the problems. There are only a few places that we go to eat that everyone in family likes. Zaxby's is one of those places. There family meal... with chicken tenders fries and toast is great. My only issue is that you do not get many fries proportionate to chicken tendersso i order extra fries. Love the place we eat there at least twice or three times a month. Read more

Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby?s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this... particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major healthhazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately, I didn?t realize this until I made it back to work during my lunch break anddidn?t have time to go back and have them re-make it. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I?m not going to takethem over the coals. But, the owner/manager needs to know what happened and better manage quality. Read more

I love Zaxbys and plan to support their business in the future at other locations but this location has lost my business. What... kind of business charges $0.75 for 3 extra pickle chips?!? I could understand if I said I wanted the entire jar or a substantialamount of pickles but I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich like I do at every restaurant. It isn't about the 75 cents itfeels like I was being nickle and dimed to death. Service was blah; not horrible but this ruined the experience. The girl didnot bother to mention she was taxing me. $.75 is a forth of the cost of a jar of pickles and to charge that for 3 tiny picklechips irritates me. I?ve had a few bad experiences at this Zaxby?s. I kept trying to keep going back because I understand sometimes we have bad... days. But dang, throwing a handful of soggy fries on a plate and giving me the wrong order kinda does it for me. This was$9?
