Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. Our drinks did not have any ice in them,was told to pull up to the first spot... ,took about 20 minutes,people behind us got their orders first,still no one came out with our order,so went inside and our orderwas sitting on the counter. I go here pretty often and they mess up orders a lot. I keep doing back because its minor things like forgetting sauces or... putting whipped cream when you didn't ask but there's always those few times where they just mess it up so bad you don't knowhow they did it. The workers are always rude if they're anywhere over 20 it seems. The only time i go there really is if i wanta slushie, ice cream, cookies, or my boyfriend asks for food. Those aren't hard to mess up and all those times ive gotten justthose its great but anything else and its just terrible. Read more
