Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. Our drinks did not have any ice in them,was told to pull up to the first spot... ,took about 20 minutes,people behind us got their orders first,still no one came out with our order,so went inside and our orderwas sitting on the counter. Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. Very poor service! Will not be going back. Read more

I go here pretty often and they mess up orders a lot. I keep doing back because its minor things like forgetting sauces or... putting whipped cream when you didn't ask but there's always those few times where they just mess it up so bad you don't knowhow they did it. The workers are always rude if they're anywhere over 20 it seems. The only time i go there really is if i wanta slushie, ice cream, cookies, or my boyfriend asks for food. Those aren't hard to mess up and all those times ive gotten justthose its great but anything else and its just terrible. Read more

Ordered and they asked to have us drive up and wait. Literally 7 cars got their order and drove off before we got ours. My home... town McDonald?s looks excellent compared to this. Plus they did not include the hash browns in the order after waiting 10minutes to walk it out to the car. 2 miles down the road: In addition to everything else that went wrong; Pulled the order(McGriddle) out of the bag and it was an egg McMuffin. Upset with good reason. 60% of what I asked for is unavailable. Without an attitude, I ordered from what they had available.... Then simply & nicely asked for a little extra tartar sauce on my fish sandwiches(because when I asked for extra in the past,they put way too much on it & its not enjoyable at all & seems like it's done purposely). I thought asking nice would yield goodresults. NOT SO! When I get home, there's barely any tartar sauce on either one. Like literally the size of a quarter and sothin, you can see the bun(look at picture). So imagine eating an old & dry fish patty with LESS THAN a 1/2 slice of cheese on adry bun and basically no tartar for moisture and flavor. Its summer and no slushies available. No sweet tea. No pies. Ok, Iunderstand they close in a little over half an hour, but its summer. People are traveling. Its next to an interstate on 4th ofJuly weekend. There is a demand because cars were lining up behind me. So why are hours not extended in summer? One star for thefresh fries. After 9pm, go to the truck stops(4 to choose from) and avoid this place!
