Showed up last night after delivering to sygma 15 miles away. I stopped here before delivery to reserve a parking spot because I... knew it was going to be a late night. Delivered, and came back to see all the reserves full. I wasn?t gonna let some entitleddriver think they can get away for parking in a reserve and not paying when I did. I was tired and had no patience. Talked tothe staff here and they were gonna go out and see who paid and who didn?t. Luckily for a driver someone pulled out of a reservespot and I was able to take it. But other drivers were also waiting for reserve spots. Bottom line I appreciate the staff fordoing something about these type of drivers who park in reserves and don?t pay. They do enforce their parking here so stoptrying to park and not pay. Also cops patrol here regularly and one just so happen to be in the store when we were discussingthe parking issue. There?s four to five other truck stops on this exit. If you don?t wanna pay if there?s no free spots gosomewhere else. This pilot is fairly clean, enough room to maneuver, has a hot deli like most and friendly staff. Don't even try to come over here if you're driving after sunset because no parking and when reservating shower over the app you... have to wait for over an hour to get your shower. Plus rude dude who doesn't know what he's doing except making you leaveinstead of help!!!! Grow up PFJ.... Read more
Smelled good when I walked in, Cinnabon fresh and warm available this morning, bathrooms are clean and has the soap Gogo, love... that stuff, available, store is organized and clean and stocked up. Pumps have no problems and card reader works, very nice one. Read more
Pretty sad. Got here at 3pm. A ton of open parking for semis. Where do they park?? In the driveway. No one seems to care. No... one enforces any parking rules. Maybe just park in the pumps, or on the scale. Heaven forbid emergency vehicles might have toget in here. The sad part is, NO ONE CARES. Read more
Card readers at pumps never work. I just left after a failed reading again. Just go next door to Loves if you don't want the... stress of dealing with their pumps. Read more
