Make sure to check your bank or credit card statements at this Oberlin location...their employees like to add their own tips to... your orders! Then target you by giving you cold food after calling to correct the fraudulent activity of adding tips when thereceipt was clearly signed with a different amount!! I am highly disappointed in my experience with this store. My order got messed up, I had ordered the backyard BBQ pizza and they... put the wrong sauce on in and not to mention the fact that my cheese sticks were soggy. I had tried to call the store severaltimes and each time I was left with the phone ringing and no answer. I used to work here about four years ago and since I'veleft its seemed to go down hill. Ordered carry out and get to the store and there?s 4 cars ahead of me for the carry out window. I get out of line so I can go... inside and get my order only to find the doors locked. Get back in the car and drive around to find 5 cars now waiting and satthere for over 25 minutes to get my pizza. I understand places are short staffed but it would be nice to be told their doors areclosed or they are running behind when you call. I was told I could pick my pizza up in 15 minutes when I called. I?ve spentlonger sitting in line. Plus there was no sign on the door saying dine in area not open. Could have been a lot morecommunication! Spider webs on ledges. You have to order at register which is ok but employee was not up to speed on menu items. Took us way to... long to place order She was kind. Food was good. When I went up to refill my pop she didn't give me ice. Which I thought wasstrange. Read more
A good pan pizza served with equally good teriyaki wings and appetizer garlic knots. The service was courteous and the salad... bar was fresh and delicious. My only critique would be the marinara sauce for its watery consistency and bitter flavor. Read more
Good food. Good selection. Friendly service. They kept bringing pizzas out every 5-10 minutes, along with the pasta, bread... sticks and cinnamon sticks, every 10-15 minutes. They also had an apple pie pizza. There is also a salad bar. $6.99 for lunch, 11:30am to 1:30pm. For $7.49, you can get a drink also. Not sure if that includes the salad bar. (I don't eat salad, so Ididn't inquire) Not sure why some review posts stated no fresh food for 30 or 40 minutes. That was not the case when I wasthere. Read more
