I went there at 8:00 pm and they said they were closed even though their website and Google says 10:00 p.m. now I have to wait... several days for a refund because they have a terrible mobile order system. There is no indication they are closed or that theyclose at 8:00 p.m. I will never be going to Arby's again since they have the worst customer service. Read more
Easy in and out access. Took my order right away. Not sure what the holdup was with the cars in front of me took them time.
Short staffed and poorly trained. First shift is great. But from 4 until close you?re gonna have a longggggggg wait. Good luck!

Worst arbys ever. We ordered the drive thru. A roast beef and cheddar classic meal with strawberry lemonade medium. The country... style rib meal with strawberry lemonade medium. Small fry. Reeses cookie. Well we got the food the small fry was never rungup...we got one classic lemonade instead strawberry and then everything was small! We got little kids drinks. So the food wasterrible too, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get sick from eating it. Everything was cold...the rib sandwich was cold and dry. Theroast beef sandwich which was mine, tasted so strange. Idk I've never tasted any beef n cheddar like that idk what was wrong.But my husband had to be at a job and I took my medication so needed to eat. God I hope it wasn't bad beef. Since they didn'tring up the small fry, we gave our two year old my husband's fry. They were so cold and yucky she just tried it then threw itback at us. She loves fries and even specifically arbys fries. Like really nothing was good besides the reeses cookie andstrawberry lemonade! Read more
The new fish dinners are very tasty but be sure to ask for tartar sauce before ordering. From my recent visits at various... locations it's hit and miss if they have the tartar stocked. I found this out the hard way when I ordered the fish then uponleaving saw the tartar was missing then went back through the drive through to get it only to be informed they were out. Had theemployee shared that I would have ordered something different. Instead I drove to a supermarket near by and bought a bottle oftartar sauce. Read more
Thursday August 11th 1:00 p.m. 2022, I just came through here with an annoyingly complicated order and Not only was the lady at... the microphone extremely nice, but all the women inside were also nice even when one of my items turned out not to be available,very professional probably the best service I've had in at least a year definitely since I can remember will probably come backtomorrow and more. It's a fast food joint. Plenty of choices on the menu from chicken, pork, or beef. Sides and deserts are good. Staff at this... location could be a little friendlier. Items are a bit costly but it's not a burger joint. Read more
