5 stars ..thanks to employee -Tony- tonight working in the kitchen on May 5th. It's one thing to be kind (which he was) and have... a smile on his face .... To NOTICE that maybe what I wanted or preferred to eat wasn't in hotbox .. he then offers happily tomake me whatever it is i wanted.. now that is good customer service. Read more
I stop at Casey's for several reasons. Obviously for gas, but I also pick up doughnuts, coffee, and newspapers. It's quick and... easy to get in and out. Read more
It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone to take your oder and that's IF they answer. ALWAYS running out of ingredients... for specialty pizzas, I have called the past 2 weeks to get a BBQ beef pizza and they don't have the stuff to make it. (I knowfor a fact they get a weekly truck, ORDER MORE!) And to top that off, when a business is not busy, I should not have to wait 40minutes on a cheese pizza. It's a Casey's convenience store and gas station. Great hometown place. Plenty of room for big trucks to park. Good people... running it. Read more
Absolutely the worst Casey's I have ever been to. Do NOT go here! Drive to Newton, spend the extra gas money. The owner here is... a complete moron. And doesn't know how to deal with customers, or employeese. Not to mention you have to wait forever to get asandwich made. If I could give this place zero stars I would. There definitely needs to be a change in management. The goodemployees who are helpful, get fired. And the one's that don't know how to do their job get to stay. Parking is atrocious.... If you need air you can never get to the air pump because usually some one is camped out at one of the... tables inside and their car is blocking the pump. I have noticed most of the Casey's general stores I have visited are clean andthe staff is courteous but the parking situation usually makes me drive right by. Fix the parking situation and maybe a fewmore travelers would stop. Read more
I use Casey's for gas and the other station for cigs because of prices. What really really irritates me is the new air machine... that you have to use a card in. Really??!! $1.75 for air?? And because the hose isnt long enough and I had 2 tires on each sideto fill I have to back out turn around and back in. So it cost me $3.50 to fill 2 tires!! Ridiculous!!
