My husband went into the inside to purchase a meal for me because he has had a larnygectomy and can only speak with a electro... larynx apparatus. He was trying to order and the employee couldn?t understand him so he asked for a piece of and pen. She gotaggravated and threatened to call the police on him. This is absolutely unacceptable and discrimination for his disability. Thisis the second time that we have had an issue in this store. This was the manager. Numerous times I've ordered thru the drive thru just to get back home and discover that I was given not what I ordered. Today I... decided to drive back and talk to somebody about getting what I ordered or a refund. When I got there the dining room was closedso I knocked on the door and two people just looked at me and somebody with orange hair who claim to have been the manager cameto the door and told me quote unquote to lose my attitude or I'm not going to open the store to see what your problem is. Iwasn't where I had an attitude before that, but I certainly did after that long story short she took my food with the receiptthrew it in the garbage and tried to shut the door on me I blocked the door and asked her what she was doing and she said shewas calling the cops because I was being aggressive. Well I waited for the cops to show up I told the officer what was going onhe went inside couple minutes later he came back out with my refund in cash and a receipt and Little Miss orange hair had metrespassed. She refused to give me the manager's name or the franchise owner's name so I can make a complaint so I'm doing ithere. Read more
First time in 6 months of a return visit and still remains the same. Whoppers are made very messy. Most lettuce is loose in the... wrapper. Ketchup and mayo is not distributed evenly. And the buns are always dry and hard in one spot. That was our last visitto this location. ??????? Read more
Don't usually east at Burger King but we had a coupon for two. 2 burgers, 2 fries for $4.99. You can't make that at home for... that price. The food was good, the employees were kind and the service was fast. Read more
Food items ordered missing or wrong. No napkins or straws put in bags. Asked for onion rings and Sauce got fries with a couple... of onion rings on top all was cold including the Whoppers. Also they forgot to put on the cheese and bacon. The Managers andemployees need COMPLETE RETRAINING!!!! I'm not going back for at least a month, by then hopefully things will have improved. Read more
