I ordered the 2 for $6.00 dollar deal, I ordered the burgers no cheese or mustard with extra onions and ketchup and this is what... I got, I got 2 burgers with very little Ketchup and almost NO onions. I also ordered a drink and onion rings, the person whotook my order repeated back to me my entire order and it was correct interpretation of my order. I was happy because it didn'thave cheese or mustard however it wasn't my way and I really didn't enjoy the burger I consumed however what I did get was hotand freshly prepared. I didn't get my drink. The staff was friendly and attractively clean and well groomed. I would recommendthis ???? king you do have to check the order when you receive it is how I feel about my experience at this location. Fast friendly service! Entire Restaurant including Restroom was super clean and had a good smell! Had trouble with my credit... card working it's in rough shape, but the young lady(Katrina) who took my order was able to use a special technique and got itto work for me! My fries were hot! My whopper was warm and made just the way I ordered it! Read more
First time leaving a review anywhere because I'm not going to cause a scene for $25. But was charged once they told me it didn't... pass and charged again. I waited a couple of days like they told to and after I spoke with someone who told me I should wait fortheir manager. When I go see the manager he tells me it was only charged once even after showing him evidence. Another guy wasthere with the same situation as me. The manager tells me to wait for a director. I wait for half an hour and then he comes outwith a freaking sticky note with an office phone number because there is nothing he can do and the director will just tell methe same thing I have already heard. Today is Saturday and have to wait until Tuesday (Monday is a holiday) to call a "Tim" withno last name. Now I'm not usually the complaining type but all this could've been avoided if they checked the first time whenthey already charged me or maybe if they gave me the office number to begin with and not made me wait for someone who is notshowing up. My visit was very disgusting, the soda fountain was filthy, water all over the floor and not cleaned even after 1 half hour of... sitting there, also lid dispensers all empty as well as straw papers all over counter sticky with spilled soda. Front endsupervisor very unprofessional as well and very prejudiced toward Puerto Rican applying for a position, also while doing a jobinterview she sat in booth and yelled for an employee to come out and wipe down tables as well as yelling to another employeeasking his age so that at least 8 other patrons could hear. Very sorry to say I was not impressed. Greeted by very friendly staff. However the soda fountain area was filthy, water on... floor running across floor. They had put up a safety sign but wasn?t going to stop anyone from a severe slip and fall. Morganand Morgan would have been my call had I fallen. Meal came out quickly, Then as we were eating the manager on duty to conduct aninterview. To which she proceeded to holler out instructions to staff about wiping down tables and asking info of staff. This place is HORRIBLE. Have stopped there 2 times, but we're bad but 2nd was worse. Last time we were there both bathrooms... were a mess. Toilets dirty or not working. Sinks not draining. No lids for drink cups. Employees not friendly, but don'thold BK at fault, that is the new generation of kids that don't care. Read more
