I had a great time there our waitress was awesome, she didn't just take our order she talked and joked around with us. At first... i didn't know what I wanted to eat but I decided to have just soup I wasn't that hungry, it was delicious. I don't remember thename of the soup but it had a little spice to it with a cheddar cheese sauce with chicken. My husband had a Mexican salad thatwas very good. Sat us in-between two tables and I'm 6'3" and 245 lbs. Big guy trying to squeeze in. Got their special margarita and they said... it came with a citrus sugar rim but came with salt. Andrew was still courteous and offered to remedy the error. They couldhave just sat us at a nearby table that Andrew could have still been able to get to and not try to squeeze 5 people between twofull tables. Chicken wings were good and so we're the ribs. Got the ribs with a dry rub and sauce on the side. Didn't needsauce but used the house BBQ a little bit. That was good. Had a nice little kick. All in all it was a decent experience. Read more
Service was great food was good. Billing part you really have to watch for your self . They gave me a bill for the wrong table.... I tipped twice. First bill was 60 .00 fine by me could of payed it and left I believe in karma so I got my waitress attentionand told her I don't think the bill was right . So they said they gave me the wrong table so I payed another bill witch it mademe leave another tip also .went from a 60 dollar bill to over a 200.00 dollar bill. So watch your billing I was satisfied didn'tmind paying the other bill but I could have got out of there with the $60 and that's it I'm glad I believe in karma Read more
The service at this location is excellent! Servers are friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is... terrible. The recipes are completely different for multiple menu items. It doesn?t even taste like I?m eating at Chilis at all.We have tried multiple times at multiple locations and it is clear that the company as a whole (not just this location) havechosen different food suppliers or now purchase lower quality food from the same supplier. Not good enough to arrive, be seated, then ignored for ages. We had asked nicely to be seated in a quieter section, because my... wife is hard of hearing and needs lower ambient noise to hear her dinner partner. But there was a snide remark from one of thebartenders basically mocking my wife's disability. The lady who seated us seemed to have no problem. But then there was a longwait without anyone even asking for our drink order. We had to leave without any service. Plenty of staff saw us. They weretalking, slinking around aimlessly, and cleaning already clean tables, but not the huge mess on the table behind us. We arrivedtwo hours before closing on a not-busy Tuesday evening, so it wasn't that. Easily the slackest Chili's I have ever been to, andI have been to many. Or rather, it seemed like deliberate retaliation at customers who had the temerity to ask for quieterseats. A strong entitlement mentality from the staff, forgetting that customers ultimately pay their wages and tips. My recordshows plenty of 5-star reviews for other Chili's, so I am not hard to please. We stopped with the family driving from Crystal Rivers and we were looking for a good place were we knew they had great... food. Every time we come in, we sit in the bar to get these loaded curly fries and they get better every time I swear. Food and drinks... always come out super fast and fresh. Staff is always pretty nice, welcoming & personable. Love this location!???? Read more
