The customer service at this location is above and beyond! I had the pleasure of being helped by Stevie today at the... drive-through. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and a caring sweet disposition. Not only was everything very efficient butalso I was educated on the benefits of their app saving me money. I just wanted to take some time out and thank Stevie forputting a smile on my face and for the amazing customer service. If you have the time, stop by and show them some love. Highly not recommended. Unsanitary. Disappointed. Rude. Worst customer service. I ordered a Pumpkin latte and waited over 20... minutes for nothing. The girl who worked on my order keep scratching her hair and neck right in front of me. Read more
Not so bad for a tiny shop. Not a huge selection like we are all used to at a DD but this being inside of a gas station is not... bad. They may not always have what I'm looking for but I'm never disappointed with what i get. GREAT JOB! Read more
Came here at 7:11, girls didn?t mix the drink. There was an inch of sugar on the bottom. I go back in and say ?hey this isn?t... good?. And they tell me that is how it?s made. I ask for another one to be made with less sugar. They are just gabbing aboutworking tomorrow and eating by the front. Needless to say, worst service on closing shift. I?ll never be back. Read more
Not sure why I continue to visit this location, I leave disappointed more than satisfied. Many times I told myself I'm going to... leave a review and never did. Many times I said I won't go back but I do because of their location. Enough is enough. Theirhash browns are always overcooked and dried out like they reheated yesterday's leftovers. Ordered snacking bacon which issupposed to have 8 pieces, I got 4 pieces of cold dry bacon. And I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring out a warm bottle ofwater. Never told me they didn't have any cold bottles, or offer a refund. Gave them a 1 star because the coffee was good andbecause I can't give them a 0.. I used to go so often in the mornings, they pretty much already knew what i was going to order. I ordered a hot drink once and... they had to make sure it wasn't iced since I always get iced coffee.
