Bad quality ingredients, unclean and unprofessional environment, 20 mins wait for no reason, country music playing. Oh and... extremely overpriced. DO NOT EAT HERE OR WORK HERE! THEY DID NOT FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS. THERE IS ALOT OF DISCRIMINATION AND FAVORTISM. I HAVE... NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT MANAGER SO TERRIBLE ! ITS LIKE A CIRCUS. The cashier at this place is so unprofessional. Her name is Samone she claims to be the MANAGER. We tried ordering food she seem... very irritated when she approached us. We exchanged words and she made it very clear that there was no one else for me to talkto and she?s the one in charge. I?m not from Florida we?re just visiting. This experience has me VEXED my family and didn?t eatthere we left! And that cashier needs some more training. So I ordered a meatball sub to go last night and when I started eating the second half that I couldn?t finish I realized there?s... no meatballs on the other half of my sub . The first half I ate last night had only two in there the whole thing was justoverloaded with sauce and the added mushrooms I ordered and this was a large sub. Never going there again! Read more

I?ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill horribly. They never answer the phone for curbside... orders. I?m handicapped and cannot walk inside. The only thing I can do is honk my horn, but just get ignored. I?m done beingpatient with these people. I?m sure they?ll be out of business soon anyway. Read more
Went for a quick lunch this week and was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a "resturaunt." The people working there... absolutely did not care about their job and it showed. When we walked in, nobody greeted us and just kept talking amongstthemselves. We waited at the register to place and order for at least 5 minutes before one of the girls behind the counter saidsomeone "would be with us soon" Then made us wait another few minutes before the other girl, that was doing nothing but standingand talking, came over to the register to take our order. When she logged onto her terminal she just looked up like she waswaiting for out order without acknowledging us or greeting us in any way. It was like we were an inconvenience by just standingthere waiting to be served. When she took our orders she was whispering then speaking up in a loud tone when we couldn't hearher. It was very rude and almost condescending the tone she was using with customers. Either way, we finally got our food and itwasn't too bad. My girlfriends sub was fine and my brothers was fine. Mine however was supposed to be a hot sub and it was icecold in the middle, but still sopping either grease. At that point I decided it wasn't worth a complaint and just tossed outwhat I didn't eat and left. The only redeeming quality about this location was that it was clean, other than that there isabsolutely no reason to eat here. Spend your money elsewhere. I was very disappointed and will absolutely not be going back. Iwill also not be recommending this place to anyone. Hopefully management smarten up and hires some employees that actually careabout their job and their patrons, because if they don't then this place won't be around for much longer. Read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!! Second week in a row waited more than 45 minutes... for an online order. Placed order at home and was told to arrive at 1:50. Arrived at 2:20 to find our food order not evenstarted. (The order was under julie t). The subs are great but this place is miserably SLOW EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Every table inthe restaurant has people sitting waiting on orders. The drink machine was out of almost every drink except coke. Restaurant wasa mess. Floor was sticky. I?m so sorry that I paid in advance. It?s ridiculous really. Will never be back! Read more
