I went to order. the lady taking out the trash walked by me like I was invisible. I asked if I could place an order....she... said, "We're closed." I've been going to Hardees for years, love the Frisco burger. This lady seemed to be angry ateverything. btw, it was several mi utes before they were scheduled to close. Me and my son were served RANCID, salmonella, spoiled chicken tenders on 09/16/2022. And when I returned them, they acted as if... it was just a matter of cold fries or something simple. They did apologize, but that didn't stop my kid from having stomachpains. Kids will eat anything, but once I opened mine, the smell was horrible and my son had already been eating his. I can'tbelieve they would have have rotting food, cook it and serve it to customers. They just reopened after being closed forever, butit seems the staff is worse. ZERO integrity!!! I'm sure everyone working and has a nose knew there was spoiled chicken beingcooked. And was it kept near the burgers? How many others got sick?? Ridiculous! Read more
Marketing. Freaking. Genius! While waiting for my order, I watched a woman come to the counter, order and pay almost $9 for 3... soft drinks. The ironic part is, that they only gave her empty cups and she had to dispense her own beverages from the gasstation Mart soda machine that had cups clearly labeled at no more than $1.09 for the largest one. If somebody is foolishenough to pay it, I say kudos to them. And the food, the service wasn't bad. As usual, it's a Hardee's located in a gas stationso don't expect filet mignon between your burger buns. Read more
Whoever was working Tuesday, July 12th 2022 at 1:13pn at the gas station Hardees on 200 doing drive through. Had the worst... customer service I have ever seen in my life. My wife was constantly interrupted. The lady has such a bad tone saying "is thatit?" And then when my wife asked "excuse me?" Because my wife didn't understand what was said the lady screamed "ANYTHING ELSE?".... I'm sure the other employees in that store were good. But that lady was the worst I've ever seen. Read more
Worst experience ever! If i could give NO star, i would. We ordered two mushroom and Swiss burgers and large fries. Pulled up... to the window and sat there for 15 MINUTES!!!!!! 15 long minutes. I watched the guy put fresh fries down in the fryer. Walkedback and forth a few times. So we are thinking we are going to get fresh hot meal. NOT! we didn't get the newly cooked fries,we got cold soggy fries. The meat in both sandwiches was cold, cheese wasn't melted, and the mushrooms were so cold they mademe gag. My question? WHAT THE HECK WERE THEY DOING FOR 15 MINUTES for our food to come out cold and cold and soggy fries. Wewere the only customers there in the drive through. Management needs to step up and teach these folks to think about customerservice. Read more
I ordered a roast beef sandwich and it had a white sauce on it. I never had this sandwich before and didn't like the taste of... it. I will stay with the roast beef sandwich and cheddar sauce next time. Read more
