This is more a review of the misleading hiring tactics: -If you are applying here based on the huge sign outside stating "sign... on bonus for managers" don't bother. You can't start as a mgr regardless of experience. -If you are applying because the sign ontheir window stating "up to $12hr," don't bother. You're only going to be offered $11hr regardless of experience. -if you can'tget a job anywhere else & will accept minimum wage, apply here as there was no application, no interview, & no background check.You just give them your name & ph #. This place is a joke. Honestly they should fire everybody here and hire a whole new staff. And God forbid if you don't know the... hours of operation and you try to call they will pick up the phone and hang up on you I called five times in a row thinking thatmaybe my phone was messing up or I was losing service and they literally kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Theycouldn't give me the common courtesy of picking up and saying hey I'm sorry but we're closed right now but will open in about 10minutes? No because that would be too much to ask right? I called to order dinner and when I first called a young man answered very friendly and tried his best to answer my questions... but was still very confused. so I asked to speak with a manager why did I do that!? The manager a woman was very rude wouldn?ttell me her name and told me maybe I should order somewhere else. UPDATE: I'm afraid I was sadly mistaking, the owners don't care or don't bother to read customer reviews. When I didn't see... this pathetic young manager "Sara" for months and there were nice people working. I thought they fired her. No such luck. Theseowners apparently don't care because after not seeing her for months Sara was working today. Again this arrogant employee washeartless to me. My daughter was waiting on the car, I admit I was frazzled and a little scatterbrained. But we'd been up since4am for my daughter's hand surgery. She will need 2 other surgeries on her hand before it's all taken care of. She's in the car,I ordered the pizza and although "large pizza and cheesy bread" go hand in hand, either I said bread (which doesn't make sense)or they just made plain bread sticks. I explained how my daughter just had surgery and we are hungry... I asked, " can youplease just make me the cheesy bread instead. We've been up since 4 and are hungry." Well good ole Sara, rudely refused evenafter my daughter came in to the store with her hand looking like it was in a boxing glove. Would it have killed Sara to showsome kindness? Closed delivery at 9pm when they are open till 10. I know people are short staffed but we are all having to do a little more to... make up for others. I think I wouldn?t be writing this review at all had the women on the phone been nice and explain a reasonwhy they were closing it. She instead said I?m not taking anymore delivery orders. It only gets one star because it doesn?t allow you to not give one. But I asked for a set of wings and they said by law they run... them twice and this is how they was served to me. I always get wings here you can?t tell me wings are supposed to look dried andburned . Plus I waited for an additional 15 minutes and these are not just cooked wings. Read more
Ok, let's just address a little thing called Customer Service....it doesn't exist at this location (for brown women). I walked... into the lobby (no one was standing at the counter) and begin to approach the young lady at the counter. Now the look that shegave me when I walked through the door indicated a certain bias but I can't confirm that based on this one "look" so whateverlet me pick up my food. There's a family sitting down whom she called for their food to which I politely stepped aside. At thispoint I have noticed her smile at everyone except me and that I have not been greeted in any way thus far. Still....whatever, Iwaited until she serviced the family ahead of me and then attempted to approach the counter when she promptly grabbed the orderof the guy who walked in behind me.
