McDonald's has gone bad over the years No real flavor in the food any food it all tastes the same. 40 years ago they were... really good today sucks. Was standing in line they were very slow inside seems there more interested in serving the drive through, as I get to the... counter ?after waiting 10 minutes in line? they tell me they just changed to lunch and I can?t order off the breakfastmenu. Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's, but this one was worse. No all day breakfast (not a big deal, but still) and almost comically rude... employees. I get it, it's a bad job. Management needs to pay more and get happier employees. Read more
Lawd this place tonight. I can?t tell you the night mare I had. How is it I place a mobile order and it?s wrong. So manager lady... asks for the problem I tell her I have 3 burger and two are the same the 3 burger is totally different from them. That was theclue of course she didn?t listen (dumb). 2 double cheeseburger add lettuce no onions and double pickles. I had to go back threetimes cause manager 1&2 couldn?t get the new employee girl with classes to read the order the way it was sent. Then has thenerve to tell me that maybe I got my order wrong. This is why people get out there car and be on tik tok. I told her she needsto pay more attention or quit. The manager man with beard didn?t even come back to the window the third time to fix themisunderstanding poor customer service. I was in the right I shouldn?t have to drive around a restaurant 3 times to get my orderright. I hope this corporate office calls me Tomorrow cause I?m tired of these slow non working people. I went to Wendy's first and they couldn't comprehend no ketchup or tomatoes ( they make me I'll)...so I went to this... McDonald's.... Chicken sandwich was perfect, quarter pounder was perfect...hot fries and cold drinks! The only reason why Ididn't give 5 stars is because of the wait! My wife picked up 2 qtr pounders with cheese meals around 1 pm today. We only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Both of our... burgers were ice cold like they had been refrigerated. The fries were barely warm. The only thing that was a little warm werethe chicken nuggets. It was absolutely the worst meal I have ever had anywhere. Read more
I ended up ordering two burrito meals normally at other McDonald?s. They cost $11 here. The two meals cost over $19 which is... really ridiculous for what it is. I question the gentleman at drive-through and he said they were 899 each. Normally they?re 515each, the owner who owns this is price gorging you definitely go somewhere else. Read more
