Out on a date with my beautiful girlfriend. The service was amazing. Our server Kristen did great even though we had a bunch of... questions and really specific changes to the order. Always have a pleasent meal from outback. Unfortunately, today was not a success. Guess it happens some time. Ordered to go and... eat at home. My blooming burger was just a burger and no bloom anything in it. And my French onion soup was just bread andcheese with a few onions on the bottom. They forgot to add any broth. :( I was so hungry I ate the burger, it was cooked asasked. but had to throw away the French Onion _____. Maybe, next time it will be better. Read more
We really enjoyed the shrimp covered fish and mashed potatoes. Hot bread by request only(tip). The waitress was very friendly... and the shift manager made sure our meals were to our satisfaction. I had to get a take out tray because I ate too much bread. Overall I will be back Read more
Kristen was our server and all we can say is WOW.My friend and I come to this location often and have never had such great... service.She not only knew her steaks but she had serious respect with a great sense of humor.If I could just give Kristen a 10star rating alone we would.She is definitely the best of the best so now we probably wouldn’t want anyone else serving us whenwe come to this Outback. Everything was amazing but I have to admit the mushrooms tonight we’re not very good at at all so wekinda feel like we got robbed on that end but we did not want to complain because Kristen’s service was beyond the BEST wehave ever had. If anyone decides to come to this Outback make sure to ask for Kristen to be your server you won’t regret itespecially if you love a great sense of humor and absolutely gorgeous eyes but most and best of all the prime customer serviceyou will ever have! Kate Kelsey Meg and Cindy were absolutely terrible on TOGO. They threw my food in the bag upside down and lids falling off.... Grease all in the bottom and no drink all because I asked why I was waiting 57 minutes on a kids burger and blooming onion.Jacob? I believe his name was was very nice and accommodating. Went to this outback as a present from my husband for my birthday. I was so disappointed in this place. Let's start with how we... waited almost 10 minutes before our server came to the table to get our drinks. Once we had our drinks we ordered the bloomingonion (my favorite), at this point we still don't have black bread and butter (which is normally the first thing on the table).Our server came to take our order. We order 2 steaks (medium rare and rare) chicken and ribs with veggies and baked potatoes.When our blooming onion came out which was burnt, we had to ask the server (not ours) that brought it to us for the black bread.Our server then came out with the black bread. Then our food came out and 20-25 minutes later (not sure why so long) ????. Whenhusband cut into his steak is was a perfect rare steak, his chicken was also done. When I cut into my steak it was under cooked(I ordered medium rare). My steak was rare and my ribs where cold and one of my baked potatoes was cold and both where burnt (myplan was to take one potato home for later). I was so disappointed that I didn't even eat and just took my replacement home. Whydoes this happen now. It's like places don't care about the quality of food coming out of their kitchens anymore. This was oneof the worst experiences I've ever had at an outback. They really need to think about their customers. Read more
