I just wanted to say, good job to all the staff working tonight, 12/8/22. Y?all were short-staffed to the max but handled it... with so much grace and professionalism. Not one staff member was anything but kind to us. Our waitress kept my toddler happywith strawberries until our food arrived, with no extra charge, we appreciated it! Managers, y?all were amazing too. I listenedto nearly every table around us complain about the wait and every time, you guys were so patient with customers. The staff as awhole made what could have been a disastrous dinner for us, pleasant and relaxed, even if we had to wait a bit longer. Not tomention, when our food did come, it was very yummy!!! I hope tomorrow is a better dinner service for y?all. Merry Christmas!!! Read more

This was my first time at this location. I was visiting in Ocala. Our party went after 8pm so it wasn't many people dining and... we were seated right away as well as waited on right away. Our server was excellent and very patient as it was a big party withchildren. The drink I ordered was a strawberry daiquiri with alcohol. I should have skipped on the whipped cream because itdidn't do the drink any favors. I barely tasted the strawberries. The Cesar salad was okay, it lacked more croutons. My mainmeal was good, although the mashed potatoes, I thought, was a bit undercooked or not smooth enough. My fried chicken and thesauce was excellent, fried but very moist. Read more

My waitress Dannie took our order and I ordered my appetizer and meal together. I did that to get everything at once. My... appetizer was 35 minutes before meal. That being said I was annoyed. Her waitress assistant Tiffany was very attentive and hadgreat customer service. Tiffany is charming and friendly. I wish she had took my order. Dannie kept going pass our table andcatering to other customers. 2 tables received their food before us. In closing to this complaint she gave us our check withoutoffering dessert. I felt very unhappy when I left. I rather travel across town for dinner next time. Read more

First time here and it was fantastic! Our server Justice was friendly and very attentive, he was so kind to take time to... explain the menu and help my wife and I make our choice for supper. We enjoyed the food so much. I ordered the steak. It wasso tender and juicy. Honestly I have never had a steak that was so good and I just had to thank the cook Jean. Ask for theseguys by name, you won't be disappointed. By the way, the manager is very kind too! Thank you to the wonderful staff here! Read more

We frequently dine at this Outback location. This evening our server Tabatha, was very nice, efficient and attentive! The food... was cooked perfectly. We both ordered the Victoria Filet, steamed broccoli and carrots. Very good! Every time we come to thisOutback, we are very happy with the service, with the staff. Tabatha exceeded, the already great service to an excellent level! Read more

Yeah, it's a chain and you pretty much know what to expect. But I can't think of a reason not to give them 5 stars. The service... was great (Justice B.) The wait time after ordering was reasonable. The steaks were excellent. The French onion soup passed mywife's most discriminating of requirements. And overall, it was a great meal. Read more

It?s the first time that we come to this restaurant, my go to is Longhorn, the prices are similar, I thought the steak would be... similar too. To understand where I?m coming from I worked as a butcher for a long time, part of my education in Outback theyoffer prime steak, example the classic prime ribs +. They are different levels of meat, they are regular, choice, prime , a1,a2, a3 etc. etc. The meat offered in Outback is choice not prime, it means the fat don?t render, the partitions of the meatdon?t separate the meat is hard, this won?t bother me if the meat is $20 but, if its $30 I expect prime that is what theyoffer. What I see after working in a lot of restaurants,CEO, and management is an abuse of ignorance when people don?t know thedifference of quality between one meat and another. I?m not saying the meat is bad it?s just not what is offered. The servicewas amazing, the management was outstanding, but when you lie in the core product that you sell your restaurant is a failure. One thing is to be a bad restaurant because you don?t understand, another is to be a bad restaurant because you lie forprofit.
