Paid $27 for a skimpy topping pizza. I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I can only count 5 chunks of chicken on the whole pizza. No... exaggeration! Paid with my credit card and the cashier couldn't find a pin to sign receipt. Told me to just forget it to taketake one copy and she will take the other. I told her no, I need to sign. And she got an attitude and rolled her eyes andstromed off looking for a pin. Terrible service! Read more
I order online and it was delivered on time the delivery guy call me before he was outside. So o time fresh and delious.
Well when I first came in here there was nobody in the store and the phones were not ringing. I placed my order and I even left... the cashier a tip. But as I stood there waiting for my order part of it came up at one time and the other Pizza did not come upuntil much later. So a 20 minutes which is what I was quoted turned into 45 minutes. And why three of the items were sittingunderneath the warmer the last pizza was finally coming out almost 10 minutes after everything else. Why on Earth both pizzaswere not put in at the same time I have no idea. And no one wanted to answer me. It didn't start picking up and get busy untilafter my order and after she put the first pieces in. So I'm very disappointed in the way that was handled. Read more
Second time trying this PA PA John's pizza location. My family and I truly believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they do not... care about their customers. The 1st time we ordered here several weeks ago, we requested that there absolutely be no pepperplaced in the box. I am allergic to them, they cause my lips to swell. They put " No Pepper " on the label. When I arrived topick it up, there was a pepper in the box. Unfortunately we had somewhere to be and pizza was a last minute resort. We did nothave 15 minutes to wait for another 1. So I left knowing I would not get to eat a single slice. The same exact thing happenedtonight! So to all those that l thinking about ordering from a special order pizza, or something unusual, or a simple requestlike no pepper in the box due to allergies, do not order from this PA PA John's. If I'm easy to please, as long as it doesn'tcome between me and a much needed dinner. Done.???? Read more
Always delicious, the only thing I'm not a huge fan of is all the crust. A little pricey but so worth it when you want decent... pizza. Read more
