Honest review ahead. We have ordered online from this location in the past. The food is always pretty good. Typically what we... ask for. They did, however, give our order to someone else about 1 month ago accidentally...BUT, they were professional andcordial. They quickly made us a new pizza and gave us a free desert, parm cheese container, and crushed red pepper container.Also provided 50% off on the pizza itself. So they fixed the problem perfectly! Tonight we went back and they were ON POINT!Ordered a LARGE thin crust pizza with creamy garlic parm for sauce, meatballs, bacon, onion, mushroom, and tomato FOR $12.99!WHAT! All Wow. Really great pizza and got a confirmation it was ready for pick up exactly when they said it would be done so itwas perfectly hot! Very pleased. Usually don't eat chain pizza, but this Pizza Hut location really hit the spot tonight! Thankyou! Will be back, for sure! Pictured is the pizza I described. Second time I've had issues with delivery. Last time they made up for it and were nice. This time I can't reach anyone at all... and this is how my pizza arrived! We literally opened the lid to THIS *edited to add...the manager reached out a few days afterthis review and made a good faith effort to make things right. I haven't ordered again yet but will try them once more because Iappreciate when management does their best and tries to make the customer happy even when mistakes are made. Read more
Ordered my pizza and tapped the link to track my order. Didn't update for 20 minutes, then I got a text that my pizza was out... for delivery. I live less than 4 miles from this location. 9:15 and my order still didn't arrive. I called the store and theysaid the driver had 3 other deliveries before mine. Five minutes later he arrives. Even though my pizza was in an insulatedbag, my pizza was cold. I stick with Marcos pizza from now on. Read more
Not sure about this place. We ordered a large pizza. It didn't taste real great, but it seemed okay. Both of us, however, did... not do well after the fact. Both of us had terribly upset stomachs and intestinal issues after eating it. Read more
Never had such a bad customer service experience in my life! I usually don't do bad reviews but potential customers need to be... warned. I ordered a large pizza with dessert and sauces for delivery about 830 on a Tuesday. I looked at the estimated time 15minutes later and it said 114min. So I called and asked if it was accurate the lady said yes the deliveries are backed up. So Isaid I would go pick it up instead. She called back and said her driver could drop off my food on her way to another deliveryand would be about 20 minute wait so I said that's fine. 45 minutes passes so I called the store and they told me the personcouldn't find my address and called my phone and I didn't answer.(I have a hungry pregnant girlfriend waiting on her food. I wassitting by the door and phone the whole time) Then was told my food could be delivered after the rest of the orders were done soI decided to pick it up myself. Upon returning to the store the lady said she would give me a discount but then when I get homei found out she charged my card double!! On top of that my order was extra cheese (look at the pictures and you decide) then Ihad to go back to the store because she gave me ranch instead of garlic butter sauce. Needless to say this was a $70 mistakethat I'm out and won't be ordering from pizza hut again. Read more
