First time at Sonny's. Service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive (forgot her name but had blue hair!). Ordered the... sampler and everything was delicious. Took half home for lunch the next day. You have to try the banana pudding, it is great.Overall a very good dining experience. Also they give a 10 percent military discount! Very satisfied! Went there today for dinner Dee was our server, she was quick and funny! Our food came out FAST! The corn nuggets where... delicious as was everything else we got! My kid ate two servings of the Mac and cheese and asked for more. The garlic toast wasperfect and the sweet tea was on point. We came here because of all the reviews and they where right! Must go! We went to lunch here Monday afternoon. The food was AH-MA-ZING as always!!!!!!! This is my favorite Sonny’s to go to, by far!... The staff is so sweet. Our server was Kelsie, she’s as good they get. I’d give 10 stars just to her if I could. Food isalways perfect - get the chopped brisket any way it comes, you will not regret it. Read more
Back in Ohio where I'm from, we don't have Sonny's unfortunately. This was my first time visiting and man they did a wonderful... job. Cassie was our server, she was quick, very personable, and funny as well. I've been in customer service and was anassistant manager at a restaurant, she is probably the best server I've ever had. We got the loaded tots as an appetizer,absolutely worth it. We both also got meals; I had the grilled cheese brisket and it was everything I hoped for. I got the mac ncheese as the side and decided to really load it up- put my mac n cheese on my sandwich, drizzle a little ranch and some extrasweet BBQ and smoked BBQ on it. It was comparable to the Pig Rig from the Florida State Fair I had a year ago honestly.Delicious. Sorry my sandwich is like half-eaten btw, it was so good I nearly forgot to grab a picture of it lol. Our total allin all was only about $30, which I think is very fair for the quality and amount of food we got. She even topped our drinks off,which came in a large styrofoam cup, for us to take home.
