Worst Starbucks in Marion County Florida! Waited an hour for my 2 drinks to be made. In their defense it?s Red Cup day but... still!! Tina is incredibly rude and lacks people skills. Tina should not work with the general public as she lacks empathy. Natewas the only person working that was actually working and not complaining about customers and it being red cup day! It doesn?t matter if it?s a week day or a weekend, the line is always packed and they take an average of 4minutes per car.... Prepared to be in line for at least 30min. If you order ahead, also prepare for your drink to be sitting for 30min, and icemelting because that?s how long it takes for you to get to the window. Read more
Excellent service. Great food and beverages! Their Iced Chai Tea Latte and Fruit and Cheese Protein Pack are a perfect pair... and really hit the spot. On my newest stop, I was chastised by the staff for not giving my name at the drive thru speakerbefore pulling up to pick up my order ahead item. Not okay! Read more
Had danish and double chocolate chip frappaccino. Both very good! No line and not busy (1:30pm), which was nice. Only concern... was the dining/sitting area was a mess. Trash on floor and tables. Read more
