I always feel like I'm walking into a friend's place. The employees make it a point to learn my name and my drink preferences. ... I feel like they sincerely care when they ask how I'm doing since they call me by name. The few times I've had a drinkincorrectly made, it was someone who was new and didn't know the drink codes on the cup. I would simply explain what it meantand they would immediately remake it. We fnished having dinner at the Red Robin near this Starbucks this evening, we went online and saw that this Starbucks was open... until 9pm. How awesome we thought...let's get some coffee for the ride home. We got there at 8:35pm,(DID I MENTION THEY CLOSEAT 9PM?) and much to our dismay, a pimply faced kid who worked there began quickly walking to the door while franticallythumbing through his keys until he found the one for the door, and quickly locked it as we were reaching for the handle. As youcan imagine, we were less than impressed with the actions of who would have been our pimply faced barrista had he kept the storeopen until he was supposed to. The moral of this story is if you want to get some coffee in the evening at this particularStarbucks, manage your time accordingly, and make sure you get there atleast 30 minutes before they close(9PM) to prevent thepimply faced barrista from locking the door in your face and refusing to do his job. His actions are a horrible representationof the Starbucks brand, and are a huge black eye to this particular Starbucks location. I would tell them to do better, but I'mnot sure at this point that the pimply faced barrista would be able to comprehend that phrase. I will leave you with this...thepimply face barrista, and this Starbucks location both need to do better. His rudeness is completely unacceptable, and his lackof trying in customer service falls on the Starbucks corporate office and everyone from the top down....do better. Read more
I love this spot. It's never too busy and honestly I hop in here instead of going through the line at the one right around the... corner. I can walk in the mall, get served and be out by the time the line would've moved ???? Everyone is friendly and realchill. Drinks are ALLways on point! Read more
I did an mobile order while I was driving. I?m not from the area so I didn?t know that there are two Starbucks not far from each... other. Long story short went to the wrong one and the girl who was working today was so sweet and said she would remake themfor me. She had them done I under 3 minutes! What a sweet girl! This is your standard Starbucks with excellent service. Good enough coffee and a wide selection of bites to eat, baked goods,... maybe ham and cheese croissant. The location is great, with easy access to the turnpike, it's actually the only place to get aStarbucks if you are driving on the turnpike. Staff was rude and apparently they are not a true Starbucks. We were advised they are some type of licensed location but cannot... scan the app or utilize our points or get credit for the purchase. Not very impressed with the experience here and will not beback to this location. Read more

They were a little slow this time around but the coffee is always delicious....my guilty pleasure spending 6 bucks on a coffee... drink lol Wish the wait was shorter but I'll be back regardless just give yourself extra time they really weren't that busythough just not trying hard to be quick maybe a shot of espresso would have done the barista some good.
