We loved this place!! Be careful and be sure to have a dd if you plan on drinking because wow!! I had a pink fishbowl and I was... DRUNK!!! My family and I were in town visiting for a couple of nights. We saw this place driving by and said, ohhh yeah we coming back... there later. Well we did in fact return around 6pm that same night. We were greeted & seated immediately. Our waitress was anice and speedy young lady. We order our food & drinks and we received some "seafood bread" while we waited. We ordered CajunRice, Fried Catfish Basket, half dozen oysters, Combo B in garlic butter (no heads on shrimp), another Combo A in garlic butterwith a side of lobster tail and some crawfish (not good). EVERYTHING came out good & hot. Seasoning was good & everythingcooked perfect. The only issue we had was with the crawfish. We spoke with the manager & she took care of the problem. Theyalso give you plastic crab krackers, plastic gloves, lemons and some wipes. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend itto anyone. We'll definitely stop next time we in the area. Read more
I?ve been going to red crab for years and I absolutely love it. Someone suggested this place so my husband and I tried it last... night. Service was great, restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Food came out warm- almost room temp & it seemed asif they put all the sauce on the bottom then topped it with the food instead of topping the seafood with the sauce. Other thanthe cold food, it was pretty yummy. Definitely not my favorite place to go for seafood, but a very good contender around ocala! Read more
