I went into your store, July 8,2022, between 5-5:30 p.m. I witnessed the two white woman working behind the counter being... extremely rude to a young black boy. I was very upset to see this and i feel it was racist on their part. I am also black. Whenit was time for me to order, they were rude to me also and when giving me my change the woman threw it on the counter. I will becalling corporate on Monday morning. This is an embarrassment and a disgrace to the company. I am very angry about thissituation. I am not going to stop my complaints until they are terminated. I will encourage everyone i know not to patronizethis particular Subway. Read more

On Thursday 8/5/21 I ordered 2 meals from this restaurant and I did not receive them.! When I finally reached some girl who... answered the phone with a hello instead of identifying herself and the restaurant she proceeded to tell me that it was not herfault or the restaurant's fault that I did not receive the meals that I had paid for. That it was the delivery company that theyused was at fault. Very unprofessional and I will be disputing the 30.00 dollars charge to my credit card.! Read more

For the last 3 orders over several months, they have done an awful job. Today the completely left out my my salad! After... ordering online for my whole family to go have lunch with daddy at his work, picking it up through the drive up and asked ifeverything was in the bag since it was stapled shut....he said yes all to find out when I got there I had no lunch. Pluseveryone else's was wrong bread, dressings and very small portions and didn't taste good, its just completely not worth the47$ I spent on it. 3x your out for this subway location for us. went through the drive-thru after work today, waited 13 minutes at the window before someone was able to help me. i usually... never wait this long at this location so i knew they were having some kind of issue inside. turns out they had only 1 employeeworking tonight which is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to the employee. even though she was obviously stressed, she stilltook the time to ask me about my day and brighten my mood. as a food service worker, i know how hard that can be. my sub wasabsolutely perfect and i want to give her so many props. although management obviously screwed her over, she made it a wonderfulexperience. and to this subways management, treat your employees better, they deserve it. The spinach looked really rotten (black around the edges and shriveled up), plus there were pickles and olives mixed in the... container. When I asked if I could have fresh spinach, the worker stated "I have to finish this before I can open more". I'mnot one to fuss, but I think serving rotten spinach to people is wrong. If a customer asks for fresher ingredients, that shouldbe accommodated. Even the people behind me muttered in aggreeance when I said it looked past it's due date. Read more
Destiny needs customer service retraining. Interaction lasted about 60 second before I walked out. She rolled her eyes at me 3... times as if it was an inconvenience to serve someone. Didn?t even greet me just stared until I started asking for what I wanted.Asked for Italian verb and cheese and she pulled out Italian i folder here it was the herb and cheese and she was so bothered byhaving to turn around and grab the other loaves of bread. Recommend a mystery shop or quality control check for service. Withthis type of service will never come to this location again. Read more
