The absolute best Subway I've been to in a very long time. I believe one employee's name is Chad and then three others there... were so patient, kind and quick workers. I had a large 6 person order and there was no attitude from anyone with each specificsandwich. Every sandwich was made perfectly, my whole family said "I wish every Subway was like this!!" I went with my husband to order some subs and waited too long and they had only had white or wheat bread. Every time we come... here at different hours different days, the wait time is 15 to 20 minutes and always understaffed. We see a lot of inpatientcustomer?s that have had to leave the drive thru. It would be nice if the were more employees and all the bread choicesavailable. We love Subway and would buy more often but, don?t like the wait. Though the employee?s have been nice, the mainissue is understaffing which is a management issue. If you are in a rush don?t come here. Read more

Worst Drive Thru experience ever??waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes??apparently they only have one person working the... whole drive thru and online orders. The young man was very nice and I actually feel bad for him not having any help. When Iasked why it was taking so long, I was met by a rude lady who looked to be the manager who didn?t seem to care at all. Thisplace needs new management that actually cares about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway drive thru??asfar as the service inside, maybe it?s better but it?s too bad I won?t be returning to this Subway ever again. Read more
Came to get food with my husband and staff was very unsanitary and not caring of our choices. One was on the phone the whole... time, answering calls and texting while in the middle of making subs. Food was good. Husband had a Subway Club and I had a Protein Bowl. Staff were a bit glum but the place was busy. The bathroom... was gross and very dirty and although tables were clean, the floors were pretty dirty someone left a discarded sandal at ourtable. Read more

I ordered from this subways previously and had a good experience. Yesterday I ordered two sandwiches, a grilled chicken... sandwich and tuna sandwich both was disgusting. The ingredients did not taste fresh and the bread was stale. Both sandwicheshurted my stomach. I ordered online and still had to wait about 20 mins when I got there for my Order. This will be my last timeordering from this subway. I feel like all Marion oaks fast food places are bad. Read more
