I stopped here, because it was the first thing after I got off the turnpike and also needed to get gas. There were plenty of... staff working and very few customers, yet it took almost ten minutes for them to bring my food out. Fortunately, I also had toget gas because I noticed that they had not given me the 10-piece nuggets. So I had to go back inside to get them.Unfortunately, several miles down the road when it was time to eat my salad, it became clear that they also hadn't provided anysalad dressing. So I had to wait until there was another exit with a Wendy's to stop and ask them for some salad dressing. Iunderstand being short staffed or being busy, but it seems like there is a lack of training or accountability at this locationthat could really improve the customer experience. Read more
Food was mediocre, fries were great and though I've stopped here before and enjoyed a sandwich,this was not one of those times... .maybe since it was good the prior time before I'll stop back, but when it's not late and during normal dining hours you expectyour breakfast sandwich to be hot and not overcooked would be nice to, customer service was friendly and I appreciate that ..butI paid for food and wish that had been better... BUGS! Atrocious in cleanliness. BugS bugs BUGS BUGS BUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE. EVEN ON THE SODA MACHINE CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. I... have a video of the small ants taking over the soda machine. Floating black specs in drink. And overall bad experience withcustomer service after giving me my order wrong 3 times! Please do not go here.. if there are bugs plainly in view, broken drinkmachines without bugs, you could imagine the bugs hidden behind the counter. Avoid at all cost!! Read more
Out of cup lids. Out of diet coke despite telling crew twice...they still didn't plug into another one. Out of sweet tea. One... whole soda machine has been out of order for months. Always slow here leading to long waits. Plenty of staff to get all thingstaken care of and to provide quick service. Must be a management issue. Food was good, fries and sandwiche tasted great butsadly Wendy's has the worst chicken nuggets. Read more
Very friendly and quick service! They didn't give me a fork for my to go salad, put chicken on my salad when I asked for no... chicken, gave me southwest ranch sauce instead of the vinaigrette, found a dead fly it in, and didn't put the candied almonds onit. The sandwich, and the chicken nuggets were good though! Read more
First let me say I understand this is in a gas station however Wendy?s still has a reputation to maintain. The lady who took our... order was extremely rude this morning (12:07). One of the cooks was walking around eating and drinking. No tables were clean wehad to find one that was less clean to sit at. Couldn?t get ketchup due to no condiments cups. Read more
Haven?t received food yet, but drive thru closed at 7:00 pm, they didn?t have any signature drinks, they didn?t accept Wendy?s... app pay, 1 soda machine was broke and the other didn?t have ice, and they have a coin shortage?. But it?s open 24/7 ???? Read more
Really bad experience. Stopped to get drinks only. The trash cans were overflowing, the drink station was a disgusting mess. ... The service was terrible. We stood waiting while a member moved as slow as humanly possible then after he fiddled with nonimportant things, looked at us, then turned around and walked to the back. He got out his cell phone and started surfing. Onlyafter several minutes did another member come to take our order. I won't be returning for any reason. Read more
