If I could give a negative star rating I would. Red head evening manager is rude and disrespectful to disabled veterans!! Giving... dirty looks and doesn't know the first thing about customer service and how to communicate with customers. I usually give a place a few times before I decide to rate them with a poor review. This one was it. Overpriced, rude, refused... to provide anything extra without charging. ( its a shame when you spend over 40 dollars worth of food and the girl tells you,75 cents for each additional 1 oz of sauce). Salty, over seasoned chicken. This is probably the worst zaxbys in ocala ????The food is always cold ???? , fries ???? are never seasoned, and the chicken... ???? is straight up gross ???? looking. I haven?t gone in months bc the service is so terrible and I always ask for extraseasoning when placing my order (bc they never put ANY and I was like maybe that?s why ????) but tonight I didn?t, I just askedfor a cup of seasoning at the window. Got home and this was my food. ????oh I also add I ask for extra crispy fries bc they arealways undercooked and I still receive undercooked fries like literally half frozen. I hate to bring down such a high rating with a bad experience, however, some one needs to see this. We were served sauced raw... chicken wings. Not one of the wings in this order were cooked at all. I really am flabbergasted that this even happened. We weregoing to just throw out the ones that were raw and hopefully salvage a meal out of it, but each wing we opened, was raw. I wouldhave kept the situation to myself if when I called to notify the restaurant, they would have taken responsibility for the event.Instead, an excuse of new employees was given. I would have called someone higher up instead of taking to the internet to ventfrustrations, however, the Zaxby's website offers an automated complaint survey, with no numbers or emails for furthercontact.
