We've read good reviews about the Taphouse locations scattered across Ocean City, so we figured we'd try one. We came to the 4th... Street location for lunch on a Monday, the food was exceptionally good. Our waitress seemed to be new to her position, but shestill was fine. I hear the owners will be adding a rooftop expansion and glass elevator to the front, so we will definitely beback to see how it ends up! Read more
Good food. Great place. A bit pricey tho. Last year it was a bit cheaper than this year. We usually get the kids chicken fingers... with french fries and the chicken fingers were way bigger last year than they are this year they were super small and I just wasa little bit disappointed for the price Read more
The food is amazing! We come here every year for Brian?s delicious fare! Nikki is the best bar tender we?ve ever encountered and... the wait staff is always phenomenal and endure our wild antics with glee! After talking to the chef on his numerous checks onour table, he brought us a special treat of deviled eggs with habanero sauce and bacon that were to die for! The Ahi Tunasandwich is my favorite food on the planet! The mussels are impressive and not easily replicated. Please come here and gettreated by this amazing experience. Read more
Amazing food- we got the tuna wrap, chicken cheese steak the fish and chips and the BLT. Our server Logan was really attentive... and the service in general was great. Sat right down- no wait. Would definitely go here again. Read more
Enjoyed the great service and reasonable prices, as well as staff humor (see photos). Sad that the fish and chips were catfish,... rather than ANY ocean fish, though I understand that fish, in general, is hard to supply at this time (early 2022). The Tuna Tacos with rosemary parm fries where delish! We thoroughly enjoyed the Crab stuffed avocado as well. Downsides where... service... Waitstaff was lovely but even though they weren't busy it did take a while for them to come back and check on ourtable. Another couple where seated and never waited on so they left. I understand them being shortstaffed but it was sad to seecustomers left unattended even on a slow day. Read more
Eh?borderline 2*. Both burgers in our party were very overcooked, my father in law?s catfish tacos had almost no meat in them.... Mac and cheese was Kraft Mac N Cheese. I ordered a beer cheese and bacon burger and they didn?t put bacon on there. Told thewaitress and instead of just addressing it, she gave me a strange look & said ?let me check.? She came back and said ?I checkedand your ticket did say you ordered bacon so I?ll go get that for you.? So basically she checked to see if either she or myselfwas wrong. Don?t tell me that. If it wasn?t on there, add it to the ticket/bill and just come back with it. Seemed a bitbizarre. We?re not complainers so we are the overcooked burgers and the food but there?s better places on the strip. There?salso worse but there?s better. Congealed (looked reheated) Kraft Mac N Cheese though? Seriously? And for $8? Charge me 13-15 forsomething homemade. Read more
