So I normally go to the Berlin Domino's but was in OC and decided to try here...Let me say the Pizza was delicious and that... should be all that matters but I did curbside pick up checked in upon arrival and waited ...tick tock 10 minutes later appapologize said I would get a free pizza next time so again trying to say they trued...then app told me to call store directlyafter 15 minutes of waiting... went inside grabbed pizza no one said anything...Later called Manager said food was great but didnot want to tip since no one brought to my car...Manager said it was my fault because I must not have checked in...I was likeeither way not tipping...she then questioned staff and says out loud we didn't get no notifications and u can hear them sayingmy fault...she then tells me she has to refund whole order to refund me tip money...like ok but I'm not tipping two chargeslater still waiting for refund...but again the Pizza was delicious so ... Sooooooooo we simply called to order pizza, as you will, and the lady that answered was completely nasty. We tried giving our... address and she had complete and utter attitude. Worst delivery experience of my life! Food was delivered an hour late. When I called to check why it says ?completed? on the... dominos app which I used to order, the person on the phone said,?we?re not doing delivery because we don?t have drivers.? Andwhen I explained I already ordered on the app an hour ago, he said, ?sometimes it says complete on the app before it?s deliveredand he told me it?s gonna be another 10 mins?. Food was delivered an hour after that atleast, neighbor found it on their doorstep the next morning. Which I still got charged for on my card! By far the worst customer ever! Read more
