Stopped in for a drink while walking around town. Came across a lovely group of karaoke goers on the karaoke night. Made for a... fantastic atmosphere for our beverages. I got a Lager and my wife got a cranberry with vodka. My draft beer was perfect and herdrink was good too. I e will definitely come back next time we are walking by!!! Read more
Overpriced mediocrity. I paid $18 for a cafeteria quality burger and some off-brand ruffles chips. If you want fries, it?s an... additional $3 for fries. You would think the ?Epic Burger? that shares the establishments name would be good, but you would bemistaken. The bun was crumbly, the burger was overcooked, the toppings were light, and it was flavorless overall. This is thequality that I would expect from a cafeteria. The service was kind and friendly but slow. I don?t blame the waiter because hewas also running the bar and they should have probably had another waiter. The food took a while to come and when it did, twoburgers came out 5-10 minutes before the other two. The environment?s not bad but there?s nothing special and no view of thebeach. Overall, it was probably the most expensive burgers I?ve ever had and simultaneously one of the worst qualities. Iwould recommend finding a different restaurant or packing a lunch. Nice bar, better than I expected (the side of building signage is terrible). Big rectangle bar with ample tables, would fit a... lot of people. A/C is cold, the beer is cold, the staff is very nice. Waitress didn't even let me my wife and my 3 young kids sit down and get comfortable before we were approached with menus. She... didn't introduce herself at all. Just set the menus down and said "what can I get you to drink?" Well it was our first timethere, and we haven't even touched a menu yet and you're asking me what I want to drink. So to save time from looking at themenu I asked what they had to offer. She replies with "coke products and sweet tea" Now you heard me say I have 3 young kidssitting at the table with me right? My 2 year old does not drink coke or sweet tea. So I asked if they had lemonade. She saidyes. I asked for 3. And a coke for myself. My wife was situating the youngest when it was her turn, being overwhelmed, she saidnothing. I asked the waitress for a coke as she was pretty much running away from our table before my wife would finish what shewas saying. Of course she didn't bring my wife a coke so we pretty much just got up and walked out. It was probably the worstgreeting from a new restaurant that we have been to. And just a tip. I have yet to have the food for this place but I stumbled upon it with my boyfriend and I can say that besides the jukebox with... the vast music selection, the bartender Danny is a hidden gem and this place is lucky to have him. He knows his drinks, they'reon point and he takes pride in his work. His long Island ice teas are one of a kind and you are definitely getting qualitycomparable to some of the higher end establishments . This establishment (Epic Bar and Grill) is super lucky to have him hereand he should be teaching the other bartenders about how to do the drinks and so much more! There's no words go express how muchthis bartenders easy going personality and his high quality drink means to this place, definitely one of a kind experience andeveryone should be able to experience it! 5 stars!
