Understaffed and untrained. As menial as the job barista seems, it's not. One person at the cash register and one trying to make... 5 coffees at the same time while 5 more orders havent even started always ends in disaster. Poor employee burned themselfmultiple times with espresso and frothed milk, spills in every direction. Staff your trained barristas in your cafeappropriately so that your customers dont have to be jerks and ask for refunds that won't be honored. Left th0e sugar ice waterat the counter and left. Best smoothies on the boardwalk! Mixed fruit flavors and some herbal varieties. Their crab soup is next level also! Superb... breakfast sandwiches, paninis and bagels. We've always enjoyed grabbing breakfast and dining outside in the a.m hours here. Read more
Good smoothies and lattes. My kids wanted icecream and it was $13.50 for 3 cones. Each cone had literally 1 scoop of icecream.... When I questioned if that was correct, the girl seemed clueless and said yes. I know prices of things are higher in vacationtowns but we definitely did not get our moneys worth on the icecream.
