I?ve never written a bad review but how I was just treated by your wait staff was unacceptable. I ordered a small pizza and due... to an ear infection didn?t hear her ask me if it was carry out or eat in. When the order came I went to eat in the dining room(only one other table was there as it was 3:00) and she totally embarrassed me by saying that I couldn?t eat there because ofpolicies. Really? Or was it because I had already paid and she didn?t think she was going to get a $2 tip? BTW I had fullyplanned to tip her with cash, but of course didn?t since she asked me to leave. I even told her I wasn?t feeling well andcouldn?t hear her?zero compassion. I will never go back again and as a local person, she just lost a potential customer(s). Ordered a gluten free pizza from here while on vacation last week. Normally I'm a huge Ledos fan this was not the best ledos... pizza I've had though. First off they didn't offer green olives and fresh basil as a topping like the one near home does.Secondit was definitely over baked and hard to chew. The worst pizza I?ve ever had. 1st pie was burnt top and bottom, 2nd pie was burnt top and bottom (didn?t know till I got home.)... The other customer?s pie was also burnt on top. They have become a quick food pizzeria, using a chain delivery oven like PizzaHut and Dominos. Very, very disappointed! Read more
