Ordered through the app today to for a curbside 15 minutes later they still didn't come out I explained the situation to the... lady and she got rude and said only 2 people are working at the store and they haven't had a chance to do it. I don?t ever do this for a restaurant but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager, well... let?s just say McDonalds should be ashamed that they haven?t trained the manager at all. Imagine, you walk into your local McDonalds at 10:15pm. You are absolutely craving a hot and spicy McChicken and a medium... McFries. You walk up to the incredibly user friendly self order kiosk, and place your order. The super helpful employee makessure your Locator number is correct. You pay. Your food is ready within 72 seconds (I timed it). Your Hot and Spicy McChicken iscooked to perfection and the employees say goodbye as you leave with a smile. Now, stop imagining and realize this could be areality if you come into this McDonald?s store. I wish I could give ten stars but google won?t allow it. Read more
We asked to do two orders on the drive through because the door was closed before 10pm. And the girl got a bad attitude and said... no that we could come back around . we asked why and we wanted to know what the point was when she would just be doing twoorders anyway. and she just started being more rude saying she wouldn?t take our order and we can leave so we left. highlydisrespectful for no reason. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager who refused to give her name, refused to take our... orders. The lobby was closed at 540pm,only drive through option available. There were six of us who all had different ordersbecause it was a wrestling team. They said only 2 separate orders per vehicle but we can drive back thru 2 more times to orderthe rest. Makes absolutely zero sense. Instead of taking our orders all at once and there was no other car in sight. Thisplace and management is horrendous. If I could leave o stars I would .
