First our server, Halie was very sweet and attentive. The drinks were good but not strong. The strawberry mojito was very tasty.... The hill billy fries were great but we recommend asking for an extra side of ranch. The tuna poke bowl was good but the ratio ofseaweed to tuna was a bit off. Believe it or not it was too much tuna! We were a little worried when we first arrived. It was 4:30 and there were maybe 6 people here and 1 server. But we decided to... stay, and I?m so glad we did! Orange crushes were great! We got chicken tenders, fried pickles, crab dip, and loaded fries forappetizers and they were all delicious. The honey mustard that came with the chicken tenders tasted homemade. The steamed shrimpare great, the prime rib Caesar wrap is pretty good. The blacked chicken sandwich is amazing and the the New York strip withshrimp was to die for! The waitress said the chef butchers the meat in house every morning. The restaurant is filling up and thestaff is abundant now. So glad we stayed. Probably one of the best meals we had in our week stay of OC. We went to a restaurantwith a $70 steak and oceans 13 steak beat their steak by a landslide! There were others in the group that enjoyed their food. Personally. My shrimp imperial was dry, you can tell it was under a... warmer for a while. No crab imperial sauce over top. A member of the groups steak was asked to be prepared medium and came outwell done. The fixtures on the ceiling were full of black dust and dirt. Tequila bottles at the bar had dust all over them. Pictures on the walls don't even look like they had been hung correctly. Sprinklers separated from the ceiling. Black dirt andcrud on the ceiling ac vents. The waiter seemed new. Didn't know prices of drinks. And last but not least. Make either yourweb site match what you are walking into or bring down the quality of your website. The menu that were given to us were no lessthan a happy hour menu. The site looks more beautiful than the experience. For the plate price. Amazing experience. The food was stellar and the tamohawk steak was one of the best steaks that I've ever tasted. The... crabcakes... I couldn't even tell if there was anything other than crab in it because it was just absolutely loaded. The grilledoysters were loaded with flavor and our server was great. We happened to be eating on karaoke night so we relocated downstairsfor that and it was a blast. The atmosphere in general was wonderful and I highly recommend this restaurant for some great food.
