Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for about $9. Brioche roll was stale. Chicken was overcooked, tasteless and dry. $2.50 bear... claw was also stale. My husband's order was stale as well. You can get a fresher, tastier sandwich for half the price at Arby's.You can get better baked goods at Walmart. No curbside at this location. Read more
We love Panera and eat there a lot but today was the worse service we have had. We didn't even stay to eat it there. We... understand short staff but not rudeness! The girl taking our order was answering our questions rudely and had issues with ourpoints rewards. We couldn't use them and there should have been no reason why. It was $2 off a sandwich, which we ordered. ItWouldn't let her select it and proceeds to tell us that's just how it is. It probably an app issue, that it's an app rewardsbut it didn't say that on there. It didn't say mobile ordering only. We told her it didn't and she proceeded while cupping herhands, that has to be it. We say no. Ok. Then there was no soap in the women's restroom. When I brought it to their attention,the manger and an employ and a possible guest where in a group, I didn't hear them talking at the time. So, I politelyinterpreted and told them about the soap and the acted as though they couldn't believe that I interpreted them while they weretalking. Also, I went to get hot tea, After that, No green tea and just barely enough fairly hot water. The counter was coveredin splendid and containers not filled. I told the girl at the counter that took our order about the tea and hot water. She wastelling the other girl about why our reward would work and I told her should have. we have. spent a lot of money at Panera overthe 3 day weekend on average $40 plus. She stopped talking. It was sad...That a Panera bread establishment that was not busy at4ish pm, a manger letting the employee act as they want and just as rude as some of the employees they hire. They really needsomeone to go undercover or be a mystery shopper, so that they can fix what is wrong or needs improved. The employees here are always very pleasant. Although the line at lunch time was very long, it was well worth the wait. The... staff preparing the food was really hustling to keep the line moving, so no one was waiting for their food for an extensiveperiod of time. I was very pleased with how hospitable the staff members were at this location. Everyone from the cashier to thefood prep workers were very nice and respectful. I visited on Sunday, August 14, 2022. My daughter was especially fond of themacaroni and cheese, the turkey and cheese sandwich, and the yogurt pouches that came with her meal. That says a lot because mydaughter can sometimes be picky (she's a toddler). I wanted to recognize the staff with this review to let them know they aredoing a fantastic job! Read more
Complete joke. 6 workers in the back area playing on their phones, eating and chatting while one worker who was obviously new... and had no idea what he was doing was all alone at the register. Someone else finally comes to another register and asks to takeour order after we stood there for an excessive amount of time. She then proceeds to burn and break the bagels as she istoasting. The line is backed up and the workers in back ( about 6) continue to play on phones, etc. Manager decides to come outto the counter and I ask her to please help the young lady who took our order as she is struggling to toast our bagels. Similar to all other Panera?s. I did two pick up orders this week and the first order the didn?t bother to read my request for... silverware and toasted bagels so then I had to wait to get toasted bagels and come back for the silverware once I saw it wasmissing. The second trip I got just a drink but even though they said it was ready, there wasn?t a cup ready for me. I?ve beento other locations that have got it right the first time, hence the 4 star review. This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The... sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and Iask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over & one slice of avocado. Ialso order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. Probably best for take out orders. The food is decent and nutritious as always, but the restaurant was quite dirty and we had to... clean our own table. When our order was called, we were offered a paper bag. When I said that I had not ordered take out, thestaff was quite rude and initially refused to give us plates and utensils. I had to stand my ground, and we did manage to eatin, but we won't try to do so again anytime soon. Read more
