Stood in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that it would be another 20-25 minutes for our order. Apparently, they're backed... up on mobile orders and the people who show up have to wait. Go down the street to the Coffee Beanery on 94th Street and let themobile orderers have their Starbucks. Read more
Their employees are very racist including their manager Emily who refused to service us at the store, and they told us to go to... their drive thru, we had to get out of the nice cold weather with my family, just because we are colored people. I will makesure to write a review in BBB. We had to walk out and go to Panera B. This store really needs someone who can put theircustomers as their priority and first. Read more
I miss the original Starbucks location and was sad to see they tore it down and built a new one. It was my old stomping... ground/mobile office where I used to spend hours here getting paperwork done. I guess I?m nostalgic. Also, it?s been severalyears since I visited this Starbucks and no one seems to remember the old manager?s name or where he works now. He was an olderwhite dude that worked for Starbucks forever and still worked the barista bar. He was a beast and could make several drinks atthe same time. Read more
Ordered in the app, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get to the window to be told they hadn't started making the order... yet. It was two iced coffees, nothing special. Took another 8 minutes sitting at the drive thru window to receive the order. Read more

They have no control of the pace of their environment. I too, am a barista myself in New Jersey. They can?t keep track of mobile... orders, drive thru, and order at the register. They?re absolutely terrible. If it wasn?t for the convenience of it being soclose to the beach and on the way home, I wouldn?t come back. Let?s not forget to mention the expired sweet cream that haschunks of milk in it. Read more
