We're just hungry and ended up here after walking on the boardwalk. We were seated quickly and service was quick. We didn't have... to wait long for appetizers or food. We ordered Onion Rings as an appetizer which arrived before we got plates. The pizza wasvery ordinary, tough and hard at the edge. The price was reasonable and the food served it's purpose. Wanted to get some good pizza on our last day. It was just, ok. Wasn?t the best pizza but wasn?t the worst. It was nice and hot... though. There was just something missing in the overall flavor. The wings were ok too. The meat was a little on the dry side.The overall decor and atmosphere was very family friendly. The staff were decent, quick and efficient. We strolled into this place around 9pm looking for a quick bite and we?re pleasantly surprised. The pizza was thin and crunchy.... Wings were big and flavorful. Mozzarella sticks were GREAT! I love their funnel cake fries! The reuben was very good too! The only complaint I had was it was very hot inside the... restaurant. If they can't have the air conditioning on due to the front being open then more fans should be added for airmovement. Read more
Staff is friendly and the service is crazy! We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. I turned to look at the cool... collection of old lunch boxes on a shelf. When I turned back around, my drink was already on the table. It wasn't much longerbefore my meal was on the table either. Can't wait to try the pizza next time! A really solid place for pancakes, pizza or subs. The Philly was good (far from the best I?ve had but food enough). My kiddo has... a limited and odd diet and was able to eat pancakes and bacon, so she was super happy. My wife and Father in Law loved the pizzaand?as someone from Buffalo, we are picky about pizza. I thought the pizza was OK. All in all, we were all happy. Service wasfastest we had on the boardwalk. I feel like our server had something to do with ownership. We saw her repeatedly seem toinstruct or lecture younger staff. We heard her yelling in the back at one point, with someone else yelling back (I think), shecame back to our table a bit frustrated and seemed a little short with us but it didn?t stop her from otherwise great service.Not every day is an easy one.
