Pizza was great but service was really lacking. The sodas did not have enough syrup and were watered down, we couldn't find our... server to get refills, ketchup, salt and pepper or the check. Read more
What a waste of money. I'm fairly certain the kitchen staff should be ashamed of the pizza they prepared. The pizza was dripping... with sauce. There was little to no cheese and I'm certain either the ham or the pineapple is bad. Definitely not the quality ofGrottos Pizza we have had before. Read more
My better half and I stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink at the bar around 1 pm on 6/13 and ordered a 12 inch pizza. A... young blonde woman arrived shortly after with it, of whom we asked for plates, napkins, etc.. Her response was "of course" andshe disappeared for a few moments only to return with a pizza of her own which she promptly shared with another employee acrossthe bar. Meanwhile we flagged down another employee and requested the same. This one provided plates, and quicklydisappeared--no napkins... Always a charm. My wife introduced me to Grottos over 30 years ago. Till this day, I love the pizza and everything else I have... tried. We have even taken home 1/2 cooked pizzas, back to Pa, frozen them and had them later on. No Complaints. My personal Meatlovers pizza pictured. Staff was kind / courteous and on the ball.
