Seen on Fox news and had to try because of the beautiful crab cakes they showed. After our 45 min wait we ordered and I was... disappointed in the quality and size of the meal. I must have had the guy with small hands make my crab cakes because theylooked nothing like what was on the show. The mashed potatoes seemed to be instant. Won't go back. Very disappointed. Service and server were absolutely top rate. Our server was very laid back and relatable. The food was way... below expectation. Ordered the hotdog pretzel nuggets (around 12.00). Expected an actual hotdog baked in pretzel. Ended upgetting 8 mini cocktail weenies that were more like bagel dogs served by a cheap aunt on New Years Eve. Worse was there wereonly 8 mini "dogs" in a HUGE basket with a cup of mustard that was more plentiful than the actual order. That was the only plus.The mustard Chipotle was delicious. I just didn't have anything to dip in it. Worse was that 2 of us ordered this and we bothwere EXTREMELY disappointed. Chicken sandwich was way over cooked for another diner. This place has some great food. Wife and I both got the shrimp tacos and they were delicious. The shrimp was seasoned to... perfection. The kids enjoyed the hamburgers, soft pretzels and motz sticks. Had a short wait on a Wednesday night but hostesstook my phone number and called me when the table was ready. We killed time in the gift shop they have in the same strip. Woulddefinitely recommend. Staff were nice! Food was DELICOUS!!!!! The spouse and I ordered the Cowboy Burger and the Buffalo Burger, cut them and... shared halves. They were so good! We couldn't decide which one to try, so that worked great. You have to try them both, andI'm pretty sure the Buffalo Burger will be your favorite! Very cool place and I'm glad we stopped by! Had the Jamaican Jerk tacos and they were so flavorful! Was impressed with the fries as well. Nicely seasoned and crispy. I... only have it one less star since it grossed me out just a little with how dusty the place was above where you eat. The clothesand air vent had thick dust on them. Our waitress was just ok. Solid bar experience in Ocean City, and one of oldest operating bars in the resort town. They have all sorts of nightly... in-season entertainment during the week. The food is really good, and we always get our shrimp here. They also have really goodcrushes and for some reason I always get stiff drinks, so I would say that's a toast to their keen bar staff. I've beenpatronizing this place for over 30 years and it's great to grow up with this place and to know that when I hit the beach, I canexpect to find the original turtle there with me. Read more
This is a bar that serves food not a restaurant that serves alcohol. The first thing I noticed when we sat down was this... overwhelming moldy smell. Once I got past that it was a little more tolerable. My tacos were delicious but my dates Steak wasalmost raw, literally purple inside. It was also completely unseasoned. If you're going to eat here go for the appetizers, crabcakes, or tacos. OR just get a drink and call it good. Read more
