people were nice but forgot one of our sandwiches luckily we checked the bag before leaving the drive thru and they fixed it
Nice people food and reasonable prices
Closes at 10pm. Went there tonight atc10:40pm, enployess just looked out windows and laughed. Dont waste your time!
The drive thru woman had a rude tone and kept asking me "What?" like she was distracted, then I go to pay and another woman was... collecting the money. She asked me if I wanted to donate to St. Jude's and receive free jr. frosty's for a year. I have 2children so I said sure. She did not hand me the key tag that I later learned you're supposed to have and did not include mydonation on the receipt so I had no way to prove I donated. I am not happy with this service. I was also not offered the 4 for$4 deal that I later learned they had when I had asked the rude, distracted sounding drive thru person when their $0.99 valuemenu had went up so much to a basically $2.00 or more menu, so obviously I was looking for a deal. It did have fast service andthe food we had was good though. At least the cook was on board. Read more
Service was slow, incredibly slow. After the guy took my order, he went and chatted with the person making food and they forgot... I was even there for five full minutes. It took 8 minutes to get chicken nuggets and french fries during a time they were notbusy and the food was already cooked. The food was just ok compared to other Wendy's I've been to and they shorted my childrena chicken nugget on a 10 piece they were going to share. Would never eat there again. Read more
All lights on, workers inside, another car just went in the drive through.... They let me sit there wondering for ten minute. ... Then don't pick up the phone when I'm calling to see if they're open. Just pick up and say closed! Or put a sign at the frontof the drive through! Read more
Bad. I was in line 15 minutes waited on one person and still four people ahead of me. I had to leave to go back to work, never... did get waited on. You need to have more and faster people on on the counter especially at prime lunch time. Read more
Happy with never frozen meat. For fast food I think Wendy's is the best.
