Unfortunately they do not have enough employees...after sitting in the drive thru for 20 min, once we got to make our orders we... were told to go park and come inside to order as they simply didn't have enough employees to service the drive thru. There's noeasy way to park here when it's this busy. Just unfortunately in a bad place and not enough employees or parking spaces. Read more

I will give it rwo stars because the lady at the register was nice but i stopped in order even though she got,it wrong then i... talked to the other lady and i said i ordered a medium and she said well they charged u for a snall and she said it so nasty isaid i wll pay the differance for a medium but just left never had a problem there untill today Read more
A week spent in Ocean City and visited this Dunkin at least 5 times. First time had to repeat my order four times because... employees kept interrupting / distracting each other. Another time I had to have my coffee remade twice because it kept beingmade wrong. The employees were rude and could care less that they had customers in the store. Read more
I love Dunkin? I was staying on vacation with my extended family and walked 20 minutes just to get donuts for the family they... all were very happy to get the donuts this was definitely one of my favorite part of the vacation (making people happy) Read more
I ordered my frozen coffee and they didn?t made it right. All I could taste is cream and sugar in it, no coffee plus it?s not... fill up. They are not even nice nor they didn?t know to how to even say thank you. Read more
This location is busy during weekends. Other wise good. No stay in to drink coffee.
Didn?t get acknowledged at all when I walked in, and had someone right in front of me too. They just walked away!! Used their... bathroom? it was dirty and strong urine smell. I think Ocean City deserves better. Read more
