First time there. Food and service was good. Would have been 5-stars but... 1/2 star deducted because the temperature inside... was not as cool and comfortable as it should have been. After being on the hot boardwalk, my wife and I wanted a nice cool placeto sit and eat. (78 degrees to me is a tad warm for a restaurant) 1/2 a star deducted for not having penne vodka on the menu. BEEN TO A MILLION ITALIAN RESTAURANTS ALL OVER THE U.S. AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DID NOT HAVE IT! 1/2 a star deducted forthe way beverages are served. We were given 20oz bottles of Coca Cola and Sprite. This tells me that there is no wet bar. 1/2star deducted for telling me that I can't leave tip on credit card and it has to be cash only. Read more
Luigi?s is the best in Ocean City. Our server was really on point specials to getting our order. Watching the staff working... around each other was a show to be seen. One particular lady probably the manager she was hustling as well. The food was off thehook from the bar type pizza to my spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was definitely a plus in all our meals. Authentic Italian food, great specials and a really friendly staff. You can pick up on the family vibe and cohesiveness among... the staff as soon as you enter. I?m really surprised this place isn?t rated higher. The ingredients are fresh and quality.Highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a quality Italian dinner! Great food. The Chicken Parmesan is amongst the best I've had. The pasta is homemade and the chicken is the best quality chicken... I have ever had. The portions are massive and more than enough for anyone. The service is excellent and the people are alwaysfriendly. Highly recommend eating here. Read more
To begin, was greeted by an angry man in a nasty tone telling me to enter through the correct entrance rather than walking over... the 6 inch garden. Smacked about 50 bugs off me during my short time there? this is not an exaggeration. No longer than 30minutes we were there I must add. The bugs ruined our time there. Furthermore the bill was $240 for our party of 8. Water ischarged by the bottle and is not free. I understand this is the shore and things are more expensive but I would not recommend.Food is a good portion for 1 person. Food was good too. Everything else not so much. Read more
This place was absolutely delicious. There is no need to leave the island for Italian food with them being there. The staff... was wonderful and treated you like you are eating in their own kitchen. The food was hot and tasty. I had the baked spaghettiand had to try the meatballs. Read more
We just sat down with Angie as our server and I can already tell this meal is going to be amazing. Angie is peppy even though... we?re winding down the evening with a meal and I?m sure she?s been moving and grooving all day serving up delicious food. Can?tbeat the al fresco dining with classic Italian tunes by Sinatra. Very excited to have the special and give one of these colossalmeatballs a try. Read more
Sat outside and it was just what we were looking for...family casual and not boardwalk food! We loved the food. The off brand... were interesting, but are drinks with no high fructose corn syrup...they had real sugar as most international drinks do. Saladswere fresh and big! Entrees we're great. The deconstructed lasagna was my favorite and my kids loved their meatballs. Will defgo back next year. Read more
